Half of the hotel is closed, I assume for renovations. The side that is open smelt musty and in the hallways there was a permanent smell of marijuana smoke. In general the place has gone downhill since we last Stayed there and we made the decision not to stay there again, even though the location is very convenient for I75.

This was a last minute stop for us for the night on a 17 hour trip. The front desk for beyond polite and helpful and very friendly. The room is wonderful and very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was clean enough but seemed old and in need of renovation (half the facility was being worked on). Our room smelled faintly of paint.

Very disappointed with the pool, it was ice cold, we could not enjoy, staff said it wasn’t heated when we asked and said guests assumed it would be heated because it was indoors; I have never stayed at a hotel with an indoor pool with a spa/ hot tub that was ice cold. We travelled 12 hours that day with a promise to our grandchildren of a pool when we arrived; even kids couldn’t enjoy 😞 went back to the room to watch a movie instead but couldn’t get the WiFi to work

The hotel backs up to I75 which has alot of traffic noise. The bed was comfortable. You can hear noise in the hallway and next door. Looks to be a new facility, but the workmanship was shotty. Door handles are loose. Gaps in the trim are big. The toilet was very low to the ground.

Convenient location for a lot of shopping and attractions. The hotel was nicely updated, and I loved the central air and thermostat. Breakfast was good and the price for the room was good. The room was open and I loved the separate living room area.

I reserved via email and I needed a handicap bathroom. I didn't see anything under handicap that qualified me as 'handicap'. I reserved and called BW and was told there was NO handicap rooms available. A short time later I received a call stating there was a room with a king bed and would that be agreeable. I jumped on it! I now could have a shower!! I was one happy traveler.

This hotel was being renovated which was not mentioned upon booking. The rating for this hotel is inaccurate! We did not want to be by the elevator but that's exactly where we were put. Customer service was poor...would not recommend this hotel.

First room reeked of mildew and no hot water, 2nd room was ok but stomping and yelling until 12am, pull out sofa mattress thinner than paper, very uncomfortable.

Would not recommend or stay again
Hotel is under construction so only half the hotel is open. Beds are very uncomfortable. We had a suite with a pullout sleeper bed. Bed was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs. Had no Sheets available in the room for the bed. Had to ask for some. Noise is very loud from the interstate. All you hear all night long is the trucks on the highway. Walls seem very thin. Could hear our neighbors conversation most of the time.

Not very clean rooms, bed not comfortable, A/C made a noise the whole night. Vending machines didn’t work and heard the people above us half the night. Will not be staying at this location again. Front desk didn’t seem to care when told.
