“Good stop in mid-Georgia”

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Not a true suite, but the room had an extra area which was nice to set up a Pack-n-Play crib for our 2 year old son. We had some difficulty getting a good night's sleep on our first night due to the closeness of I-75 and traffic noise. We asked for room on the frontside of the hotel for second night and it was much better.

“Not the best stay this time”

Normally everything goes fine, but this time we had to change rooms twice. the first time, the room was not cleaned even after check in time and after we were assigned this room. We were given another room on the same floor. After totally unpacking everything we found that the air conditioning did not work. After the manager came in and inspected it to make sure we were telling the truth, they made us change once again, and we had to repack up everything and unpack again in another room. They did not offer to give us any discount for this. It was disappointing. That said, this has not happened in the past, and we've normanlly had no incidents of any concern before.

Everything was great, very nice clean room, close to resturants and the convention center where I was attending an event.
