At Perissa Bay hotel, it felt more like I was staying at someone's home instead of some big hotel with no personality. Lucia was the concierge for most of the time and the hotel's owner too, she helped me out many times with information about the island, transportation, etc. I thank her greatly. In addition, the beach is right next to the hotel, which was simply great! The hotel's breakfast every morning was convenient, along with the swimming pool, and pretty much everything else that I needed. Thank you to everyone at Perissa Bay for making my trip very enjoyable!
The hotel was perfect! The rooms were clean and spacious - we even got upgraded to a larger suite for a couple days as there just happened to be one available. Breakfast was delicious! The pool area was always relaxing and it was super nice to be in a hotel with no kids. In addition to all this, the staff were AMAZING!! Athena, Roy and staff were so welcoming and considerate - they really made us feel like we were at home. Truly genuine.

Great Staff! Great Breakfast! Great experience. Very clean and comfortabl. Only issue is the shower water was horrible but I think that's just an island thing. Overall VERY GOOD. The staff was amazing George set us up with a rental car and told us all the amazing things to do in Santorini.
With a seven-kilometre stretch of black volcanic sand backed by tamarisk trees, Perissa is the budget end of Santorini. It offers low-cost hotels, rooms and apartments, tavernas and cafes, and a campsite. Late-night beach bars lie far away from the village, avoiding disturbances from the music. Local buses serve Akrotiri archaeological site, an ancient town buried by lava from the volcanic explosion 3,600 years ago.
