Hotel and staff were very nice. If there was anything I hoped was better, it would be a larger bathroom. If you opened the door, you couldn't see the shower.I'm use to larger bathrooms. Other than that everything was very nice
One of the nights we stayed, there were a few intoxicated women yelling in the parking lot as well as a party in another room. Security was called and it was taken care of! The hotel cleanliness was great. The staff were very informative and friendly. Room came with complimentary coffee ( as a hotel should). Great breakfast and a desirable time span. Everything was better than expected.
This hotel is EXTREMELY easy to find from the airport. We used mapquest and had no problems at all after a very long flight. I would recommend calling ahead if you will be checking in late. There seemed to be some confusion with the front desk several days in a row. If I had been reading I would have noticed that there is a $10.00 a day parking fee. If will baffle the mind why since over 90% of the parking lot was empty. Our room was rented to someone else with working keys, who of course used them and these guests were miffed we were in our room. There was some type of fire while we were out attending the conference and we were not told about it when we came back to our room, the house keeper informed us the "lights were out". We were later told that we had to move to another room, and in a very vacant appearing hotel, there wasn't a single double bed room available. This process took over an hour for the front desk to figure out, and the fire was earlier in the day (before or at noon, and we got back at 6:30 pm). I would have thought the manager could have had this portion of the problem worked out and let us know when we got back. We were told via t/c by the front desk to pack up our things and move to the other room (in the dark). It was beyond inconvenient at around 7:45pm when this happened. We were due to check out that next morning. There was a house keeper who apologized. It was kinda crummy how the hotel management handled it.
