Very loud trucks in parking area. Towels were stained, though they did appear clean. Completely glassed off counter gave the feeling the area was unsafe. Phone in the room did not work. The TV was unplugged from the cable. Nothing awful but it felt like an uncared-for property. OK for an overnight, but otherwise look for something better.

What was unique about this property was that when a total stranger knocks on your door and you open it, then they come in and spout some nonsense and leave. The owner doesn't ask what happened, he just calls the police and has you trespassed for absolutely no reason and doesn't give you your money back that you just paid ten minutes earlier. This is the absolute worst place you could ever stay in Pensacola. I've never been so humiliated in my life.

This Establishment is not for family they were make up Stains on the comforters The room had a weird smell and as we were leaving (and hour before checkout time maintenance walked in on us getting dressed after telling her multiple times we did not need anything The wash area was broken so we had to dry them with the ac unit overall i was very disappointed and the pictures should be updated immediately

Kindly note that we have temporarily suspended daily housekeeping services for stay-over guests (i.e., not making beds or cleaning rooms unless specifically requested). However, upon request, a change of linens, towels, toiletries, etc., will be made available. We regret the inconvenience caused, but this is to help protect the safety and well-being of our guests and staff members during the pandemic. We sincerely hope that this aspect of your visit will not dissuade you from staying with us again. Just too busy a strip for me, too much noise and too many lights. I had to safety pin the curtains shut. And was woken up by sirens three times during the night.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room wasn’t clean, the floors were so dirty you had to leave shoes on at all times. Sometime in the middle of the night a pipe burst or toilet overflowed in the room above my bathroom. I’m the morning I discovered all my bathroom things wet and nasty. I checked out as soon as I could after informing the front desk of the issue. She said okay. I said and that’s it? She replied what? You want me to apologize? I just left. Yes, obviously the leak wasn’t your fault but an I’m sorry for your trouble goes a long way. The whole place was sketchy and I will never go near it again.

This property is not ideal for stay it is very pathetic and horrible experience. No proper beds no cleanliness very old rooms no bathroom door. Not worth for money. Don’t prefer for families.

The staff was great but definely not a family friendly place. A lot of questionable behaviors by other people staying there and no support from the staff to normalize the stay. Loud music, fighting out side, people knocking on your door panhandling open flow of drugs and alcohol. Never felt threatened or worried by wife and kids were not comfortable with the stay.
