“Not far from town centre, and yet with yummy foods everywhere”
after a day's sightseeing, it is good to relax beside the swimming pool and has a sip of cold drink. there are popular cooked food stalls just beside the hotel. If I do not like eating in the hotel, I can simply walk to these food stalls within five minutes. public transport is just 15 minutes' walk and 5 minutes bus ride will take me to the heart of town.
“Excellent hotel ,but!!”
I like to go to Penang, there are many hotels in different areas that i stayed in before. i did stayed before in this hotel, it was very nice 3 years ago.the hotel itself is very clean, rooms are big and have all the facilities like internet, iron and Small fridge. Location is great. However, the first thing i was faced with is during check In, they said no breakfast? it is room only, which was not stated at all on my reservation!!, THE MOST Annoying thing WAS the Staff at the check in who was very rude!!, Staff there are not good at all in dealing with hotel guests. I paid for the breakfast buffet, the food was nice. i recommend this hotel if you can avoid the staff as much as you can!!!!

the hotel and room was nice and well-maintained, but housekeeping was no good. on a day when i forgot to tip, housekeeping decided not to finish cleaning the room... there were missing towels and toiletries, and one of the robes was not replaced. this hotel provides easier access to city activities but poor access to outdoor activities.

このホテルは、台湾のエバエア、や長栄（EVERGREEN）という船会社をグループにもつホテルチェーンである。 元々は、台北にほど近い基隆という港町がこのホテルの発祥に地だと思います。 ペナンのエバーホテルはすでに建設されて１０年以上を経ているが、室内、共用部分共にキレイに清掃されており、快適性は充分である。 また、費用もリーズナブルであり、ロケーションも海の前と非常によい。レストランなども歩いて行けるし、カフェなどもある。 ただ、館内にレストランはあるにはあるがそれほど見るべきものはないし、リゾート感覚で使うには街中にありすぎるかな、という感じである。 ペナン市街地の他のホテルに比べて、リーズナブルであればまた使おうと思わせるホテルでした。
