Quick access to and from airport. Awesome and reliable shuttle service. The staff were very understanding and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn't there long but do intend on staying there next time I'm overlaying in Toronto!!

Very Clean hotel the staff was very friendly & helpful the continental breakfast was not the greatest but being a new hotel they will be going through some growing pains along the way but overall it was great & if anyone is going on a flight for a vacation great place to stay & very reasonable would stay again .
we got lost (sorry, Canada, your road signs suck) and got in around 3 am. Credit card wouldn't work in spite of setting travel alert ahead of time. Hotel receptionist was VERY nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Plus our dog got to come inside with us. Outside of hotel did not look too inviting and parking was strange, but our room was great. We will go back next year.
Had a one-night layover after a 12 hour flight. The Toronto airport Sheraton was perfect for that purpose. Clean, quiet and comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant provided a great breakfast the next morning.
We had a late check in after a long flight - asked for a late check out since our flight leaving Toronto wasn't until 6:30pm. The room was very nice and very clean. Also nice and quiet.
Slept 8 hrs and then relaxed all day until check out time. The shuttle bus to the Airport was very comfortable and convenient. The driver treated us very well.
Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly! They gave us a free ride to the airport just to get us a bus to downtown. The shuttle to the airport for our flight the next morning was very prompt and they packed us a bagged breakfast! It may not be super glitzy but it was perfect for us. Thank you!
Came in late on a business trip staying for one night. i was greeted promptly at the front desk by a pleasant young lady who quickly and efficiently processed my reservation. she asked me if l had eaten and directed me to four restaurants close by the hotel. A guest had left his credit card at the counter which l pointed out to her. By the time l had taken the elevator to the second floor she had scooted up the back stairwell and was presenting his card to him at his door. Now that's service above & beyond in my opinion.
