“A twin bed is not a Queen”

I requested a king bed and was assigned a room with 2 twins. When I went down to the front desk they said they could only put me in a handi-cap queen bed room, which was not a Queen but rather 1 twin bed. When I went down a third time they informed me they could not move me to another floor because I was part of a wedding party and their policy was to keep wedding parties on the same floor due to potential noise. I'm 37 not 17, I think I am able to act responsible away from home for the weekend. Apperently the hotel policy is to maintain their policy even at the disappointment of their clients. Plus the hotel is run down and in the middle of no where. I definately would not recommend this hotel unless you're paying hourly rates.

Yep we arrive our honeymoon night and they give us the disabled people's suite. How'd you think that went down?! Did they care? Nah.

Palisades Mall – apart from golfing, there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but the mall is a short ride away and has lots of options for shopping and dining.

“Felt like a princess”

I loved staying here because it was very beautiful and the room was nicely appointed. However, the maid did walk in on me one day without knocking, and I was upset enough to call the front desk. Be sure you lock the door with the security lock!
