“Very comfortable, clean and staff was great”

Even arriving late @ night the staff was there for us, the room was ready, very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would have changed was to be able to open my window and sleep w/o the noisy air conditioner running all night. Breakfast was very nice. Great choices. It was very close to the airport so we didn't have to drive and drive late @ night in an unfamiliar place. Easily seen and accessible from highway.

The facility was clean and neat. The room was well stocked. The front desk was very professional. The breakfast was good, though simple. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again. A great value for the money!

“Location, location, location”

The location of the Ramada was very convenient. It was located right next to the expressway that I used to get to Jackson.

“Great Hotel with Great Price”

The Ramada Airport was a great hotel with a great price. The staff was very friendly and the hotel breakfast was excellent. This breakfast buffet was included in price. The rooms were fresh and comfortable. I believe they had just finished a renovation because the furniture was all new. The work area in room was plenty spacious and that is important to me as I travel on business. Also it is nice to be able to be shuttled to the hotel without waiting all day on a shuttle. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Hotel that needs to learn”

1. they tried to get me to pay again after i had already paid yall and i have proof of that they tried for 4 days with a total of 15 times tried and i got my pre paid card to decline them cause i had already paid once and was not going to pay again and the people working there were very rud and i had to wait for towels cause the house keeping was not up at 9 am when i called and asked for towels and wash clothes they told me at the front desk that they could not get them till the house keeping got up at 10 am and then the first night i was there had men beating on my door at 11pm at night ......

“Safety Concern”

Hotel appears that maintenance work/upkeep has not happened in over 20 years. Appearance was dark, dirty, worn out looking. Beds were very old. Poor lighting everywhere-parking lot, hallways was a source of discomfort regarding personal safety. Smelled horribly of smoke-everywhere. Front office desk manager was very nice and apologized for my discomfort. She was the only good thing about the hotel.

“Comfortable”

Not the best but was close to Jackson Airport which was what we were looking for. Did have a small breakfast provided that came in handy since we had an early flight.
