With reference to the constructive comment regarding Wi-Fi, I do understand your point of view that as far as you and other guests is concerned, amount you paid is what you should get and people don’t want to pay for something they don’t want or need. We are able to provide such rate upon request but rate might not be much difference. The issue of old & dirty room has been well noted and kindly rest assured that our Hotel Housekeeper will strictly brief all staff team members to ensure that all daily room’s cleaning. On the other hand, you can contact Front Desk to change the room if you prefer. Bit far away from the city centre.
Worst customer service ever. Staff was very rude. They charged extra 600 Bhatt for guest because I didn't book this hotel directly but through one of the website. How come they have different policy. When I enquire about that they start shouting.. very strange customer service. Door lock key card not working so everytime you need to call them to open the door and wait for long time. Aircon was not working so have to change the room.

Noisest Hotel Ever
Although the hotel itself was ok in terms of room condition and staff friendly etc, I can confirm that overall I have marked the hotel as bad. I can honestly say that this hotel was the most unpleasant I have ever stayed in terms of other clients from China/India/Russia (particularly from Russia). To be honest i could write about the experiences all day but I won't. Just pleased to say that at last I am checking out 4 days earlier than anticipated before i die of sleep depravation .

The security guys are friendly.
This is not a hotel of any star rating. The reception staff are extremely rude. The wifi is available only in the lobby. The hotel should be classed as a hostel. Way over priced. Should be no less than 10 dollars a night, that is the fair price for this hotel (hostel).

PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!. The staff in this hotel are very rude. They will not even clean the rooms. Service is extremely deplorable. The air-con is lousy. For shower bath, you will only get very mildly room temperature warm water. You will never get hot water. Room service is supposed to be 24hours. But if you call the room service line after 11pm, the staff answering the call will tell you to call back after 6am. My trip to Pattaya was ruined by my stay in this hotel.PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!.

Stayed 4 nights Dec '15 Staff were friendly and helpful Rooms were large and cleaned daily Only ate breakfast which was buffet style, with choice of western and Thai food Swimming pool did not look the cleanest and limited sun lounges A fair walk to walking st but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby If returning to Pattaya l would choose a different hotel

cheap hotel with beautiful rooms and polite staffs
I booked this hotel because of its good reviews online and the reviews were right. It was 5-10 mins away from the beach by foot. The staffs knew English and are very accomodating. There was free wifi in the lobby but none in the room. There were no slippers in the room too. Actually, I was expecting a small hotel with tiny rooms because the price was very affordable but to my surprise, the rooms were spacious and beautiful. There is also a pool on the 3rd floor. Overall, my stay in this hotel was great. I will definitely come back.

Back in crazy seaside town.
I have stayed here before and like the location and the staff. The hotel needs renovating, especially the pool deck and bathrooms. The staff is fantastic. Great management.

We booked a superior room. It did not have a personal safe. Room service was slow. Hotel location with lots of food options specially vegetarian restaurants just outside the hotel. Other services like massage parlors, general stores were very close.

Very bad value for money.
[+] Room and bathroom was decent. [-] Location is bad, in the middle of nowhere, 10 min of walk to beach, very far to Walking street. Hint: learn how to use songthaews, because the taxi mafia will constantly rip you off otherwise. Wifi in room is not free. No safety box inside the room.

December 2014 - Trip with friends ..
We booked multiple 4 days but checked out the very next morning .. Very small rooms .. The toilet did not have a sprinkler / hose .. Small chairs .. Bar was closed at 8pm on a Saturday night and the WiFi was chargeable .. The breakfast is another major disappointment .. The spread looked unappetizing .. even the slice bread on display looked old and stale .. the only fresh looking item was the juice .. For the price they charge, I did not expect much .. but this hotel was well below standard .. The only good thing about this place was that it was 100 meters away from the Hard Rock Cafe. I don't recommend

Hotel crowded by Indians and Chinese.
Booked 7 double bed rooms in Oct14, but when we arrived on Christmas Day, they say no more double rooms, but available again after sounding out our displeasure. Stayed here 1 night and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Room is not clean as bedsheet has stains, furniture is worn out and room is really tired looking. This hotel is mainly booked by Indians and Chinese tourists which makes up 90%. The remaining are Russians and other nationalities from Asia.

Hotel location is very convenient and close to the main streets for shopping and to the beach. Easy to reach by walk. Cleanliness of the room and amenities are average. As we like to spend most of the time outside, I felt it is ok. Breakfast is good with many options to choose as we were so particular for vegetarian food.

2 lifts to service 14 floors!!
Everything ok except most of their business is group tours from India. This means hotel was full and 2 lifts cannot service in busy times with people pushing up button to go down!!. B/F good and all other things are quite satisfactory. I would stay again but hope hotel not full!!

overall good hotel close to beach. it is a clean hotel in good location. its not within walking distance of the 'famous" or "infamous" walking street which is good. we thought the walking street would be good but turned out to be really bad. after a little walk, decided to walk away never to return there again! its a personal choice.

Nice hotel appearance and cleanliness. I found the staff at the check in counter not very friendly and ended up having an argument because they were not listening to me. I ended up having to stay in Pattaya again recently and chose not to go back On this basis.

DON'T SAY HERE. PLEASE READ.
The rooms were dirty with marks on most of the walls. The staff didn't care about ANYTHING and were not friendly or helpful. They made us pay for the internet for the first two days before they worked out it was included in our package. The Wi fi in the room didn't work very well at all (room 401), we spent more time trying to log onto the internet then actually using it. The hotel food served was dreadful and had to be returned. I don't know how any chef could dish up a meal like that if they had any care about their profession and the customer. Every night I came back to the hotel the staff asked my wife for id, as they thought she was a prostitute or some lady I had picked up for the night. And all they could say, " It's our job to make sure" My wife paid for us to say there and we checked in together... They didn't have any problems remembering me????? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. THERE ARE MANY HOTELS THAT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THIS IS NOT ONE. MY WIFE FEELS OFFENDED AND I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

We have trained our Reception staff members assigning groups and individual guests however some day we receive a short notice from the group tour and we could not control well of room assigning. Besides, House keeping had changed towel as you informed, moreover, with regards to rain leakage due to heavy rain, our Chief Engineer has been briefed and taken immediate action to check and rectify the problem.
