“very good location”

I have stayed at a few hotels in Pattaya,and this is the best by far. The location is great(right in the middle)with very attentive staff. Had dinner at the hotel one night-Thai set menu was beautiful. At a really cheap rate we got on Expedia it was great-would definetly stay again

“Will go back”

Almost right in the heart of pattaya...only 10min walk from walking street..Stayed in a deluxe room, was clean but is in desperate need of a renovation, Pool very exposed and small...I didnt and wouldnt use it. Best part of our stay was the restaurant...very clean good service, and huge range of good food. Staff where eager to serve and always very polite. The deluxe room with free buffet breakfast would be perfect for those who intend only to use it for sleeping and storage of luggage while away during the day.

“Excellent location.”

The views from the sea view room were delightful and ever changeing. The proximity to the Mega Central Festival Shopping Centre and its wonderful Food Court and Restaurant facilities was the icing on the cake. This was our 6th visit to Pattaya and by far the best. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We could not speak highly enough about them. The only adverse feature was the sometimes slow lifts which could prove a hindrance if the Hotel was full. But that alone did not detract from the satisfaction we enjoyed from our stay.

Area recommendations

Enjoy the whole shopping experience of Pattaya. If you play golf try the many fine courses in the area. Visit Nong Nooch and attend the complete garden, tame wild animals and cultural show.

“Never going back !”

We have stayed here for 1 week. - breakfast is ok. - beds are extremely uncomfortable. - rooms are not clean - overall it is not well maintained. not going back!

“Disappointed!!”

This used to be an oasis and one of my favorite hotels in Pattaya, but it seems to have really gone downhill. I stayed here for the first time 10 years ago and the room hadn't changed a bit. Same furniture, carpet, bathroom, but significantly more worn. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Caution with the sea-view rooms: there is construction next door with the noise starting up at 8:00am (not ideal for sleeping in). The single-pane windows do nothing to cut down the noise. This hotel is okay for a night or two but with all the new hotels in Pattaya I won't stay here again.

“The Toronto Five”

This was the second stay at this hotel. The central location is hard to beat. Staff are helpful and courteous. Make sure your reservation says for two people or you could end up paying extra for a guest. Include the breakfast with your reservation as it is a magnificient buffet and served until 10:30 am.

If you want to be in the middle of the action but in a quiet oasis this is the perfect location.

“Just acceptable, not very good”

This is a very average hotel, I'd give it 3 stars, that needs renovation. The views are good from the ocean view room. However the furnishing and the bathrooms could use an upgrade. I, personally, found the furniture too sparse, and I like to have several drawers to organize my stuff. Staff was friendly though and were very prompt in their service.

“Friendly, Great location, Will go back”

Friendly staff, the saluting elevator guard is a nice touch. Girl friend friendly if you book for two adults. Another guest told me he was charged extra for a guest but he had only booked for one guest. Great location, real close to the beach and far away from walking street so it's quiet. Walking street is a cheap baht taxi away.
