“Great location nice hotel”

The hotel has a great location and is clean and supplied good service. The only problem was tour groups which made alot of noise in the morning.

“Middle of the road”

This is a middle of the road budget hotel which is looking a bit tired in the fixtures and fittings. But it's kind of OK with OK staff and a very convenient location for all the tourist-type activity. Just two minutes walk from the main street. OK for the money. Would I go back there? Possibly. Great buffet breakfast.

“Very bad Mercure Hotel”

After 15 days at the Mercure In Phuket (very good), 12 days at the Mecure Bangkok (splendid), we came in the Mercure Pattaya.. This Hotel as the name of Mercure but it s a very low standard..I requested a room on the pool side but it was on street side, very noisy, you can hear cars, peolple, wip..Next day we had to change room, a very bad smell was coming from the bathroom..Don t expect to sleep during day, Cleaners make a lot of noise as well..everything is old, bed, tv, bathroom, service is not very good as well..This is the worst hotel I have never seen from Accor..This one is below the Ibis standard.Location is not to bad..If you go there, enjoy...

“A good 3 star hotel”

I would not have any problem staying at this hotel again. Just of the main hubit was within easy reach by walking to the front and main shopping areas. This hotel has all the facilities that you require and I thought it was very good value for money.

Hotel seem to be renovated from an apartment. Ser vice quality is fine, room is clean but so small. Bed and pillows is quite low quality.
