“Great "New" hotel”

Excellent hotel and looks great after many Improvements. Staff was exceptional as always. Would not stay anywhere else.

“Dirty- dont book this hotel!!!”

Awful Hotel im afraid to say. It is going under renovation at the moment but the room i had was dirty. It had hand prints on the walls, the chairs and the carpets had stains allover them. The shower was something out of a science fiction film. I checked out without staying the night for another hotel. do not stay at this hotel!!!! I have stayed at other Hard rock hotels and i cannot believe this is part of the Hard rock chain. Pattaya Hard rock lets doen the name. Th location is in a good spot is the only positive comment i can make. When the renovation is complete then maybe it will change what people think of the hotel.

“Always a good time.”

Excellent staff from the front desk to the pool staff. High energy atmosphere. Food is good both the buffett and room service. Only place to stay in Pattaya.

“Excellent Hotel in a great location”

I have traveled to Pattaya many times and I love the Hard Rock. Staff is always great and the pool is awesome. Additional points for a good exercise room. Food is great but a little expensive for Thailand. Only complaint I have is that the internet was VERY expensive --almost half the price of the room. Very comfortable stay!

“rock and roll”

The Hard Rock Hotel had the most wonderful service that i have ever seen from the reception desk to the the waiters and waitressess to all other staff members. I was extremely pleased with the quality of food, service, amendities and would definitely recommend this place to stay

“OK if you don't mind being nickel and dimed while paying US/Euro prices.”

Clean and well kept with nice pool and OK buffet. That's where it ends. You pay through the nose for everything else including a 900 baht fee if you want your that friend to stay over. For such an expensive hotel the services are poor and everything costs extra a la carte. A dish of ice cream in the lobby for instance was 200 baht. Also they hustle you to pay for a premium room overlooking the pool...extra hefty fee...all great till you realize the mediocre house band plays most of the afternoon and early eve out there. Impossible to take a quiet nap if you are on the ocean side. Don't go here...there are other hotels on the expedia list in pattaya just as nice for less with better service.

“Good activities but...”

I enjoyed my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel because of the great activities for children and the foam party for adults. The service was wonderful but I was disappointed with the room. It was not as clean as I wanted it to be. The room was also small and plain. Good size pool and fabulous location.
