"Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff at the bar. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Everything very clean. Public areas were a bit soulless. Walking to either the foot of the slopes or the centre of town was about 12 minutes but particularly the slopes wasn't an attractive or direct route. Access to the small pool area was limited to a few hours in the morning unless you paid €35 for spa access. "

"I only stayed 1 night however I am happy that I selected this hotel. Clean and comfortable hotel..Food at restaurant was quite good, Shuttle to ski was very quick. I lost my airpods at cable car station and they helped me to find it and send it back. Very helpful stuff. I recommend this hotel."

"Stayed here during our trip to Bormio when biking stelvio pass. The hotel was really beautiful and clean. However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location with parking onsite, and the room was quiet and clean."

"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. Since we were the only foreigners in the hotel they made us feel out of place. I should have read the reviews of other people before booking this joke of a hotel. "
