Room was immaculate, bed was very comfortable, but AC was extremely loud. Got a bottle of wine and forgot my corkscrew, gift shop was full of wine for sale but no corkscrews. Front desk had one, but staff member had no idea how to open a bottle of wine. It was humerous.
Afternoon wine tasting and snacks were very tasty, a rep from a local winery was present to explain the selections. Breakfast OK, standard fare. A little crowded, but it was a holiday weekend.
My wife and I were pleased by the location of the hotel to everything. We enjoyed the comfy beds and the availability of a fridge in our room to store some of our snacks from our day of wine tasting. The next morning we enjoyed the attached diner to the hotel where the servings are enormous and the convenience is even better. We would definitely stay there again.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern, clean and nice.
Breakfast and unlimited coffee was very nice to not have to worry about for the day and it was good.
My only issue is that the room was small for a family of 5. We were given two queen size beds which made us uncomfortable with a child between us. The staff offered us a roll away bed which was helpful but made the quarters much tighter. I realized as we were checking out that they were charging us $25 for that bed which we were not told when they offered it. They removed the charge without any questions or issues when I asked about it. All in all I probably wouldn't choose that particular room for our family of 5 again, but it would be nice for just my husband and I.
