“Always stay here”
We always stay at this hotel on our way across the channel. It is brilliant if you have children as you can split the room in half with use of the screens. Extremely convenient for eurocity and the tunnel terminal. Large car park. Pet friendly also. Would recommend to anyone.
“Exceptional Experience”
I stayed with my two children on our way to Geneva. The hotel is perfectly situated for Calais eurotunnel. Staff remarkably pleasant, and genuine, not simply catering to tourists. Clean, immaculate. Very spacious. My children enjoyed the English option children's movies. The suite and refrigerator allowed us to enjoy a comfortable light dinner and breakfast in our room (saving money). Would most definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

We (2 adults, and 2 kids, 4 and 6 yrs) used this hotel as a half-way stop for our journey to south of France. Spacious, clean, luxurious room for 4. Hotel easy to find, 10 minutes from Ferry terminal.

“Perfect stopover...”
Moments from the Eurotunnel and a one minute walk from Cite de Europe shopping centre. Sparkling clean with brand new bathroom 'pods'. We had a small suite with a double and a single bed and there are screens that pull out across the room for privacy if needed. There was also a kettle (very unusual for France) and a microwave. In reception there is an area to buy microwave meals and snacks if you arrive late or want to leave early. It is on the motorway but you cannot hear it even if you can't avoid seeing it...!! A perfect stopover.
“Perfect stop off.”
Used this hotel at start of France tour and on return before ferry next morning. As it is new, all furnishings immaculate, room design excellent, large and well thought out. No noise, comfortable beds, modern movies on demand plus internet - no charge. Full breakfast is extra, but you get free Madeira cake and hot chocolate/coffee near reception! There is a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee in the room. Aim for Cite Europe, as difficult to find off the beaten track (new development), so not much in vicinity except for this large shopping complex which has shops, cinema, supermarkets and a food court. Don't be tempted by the Chinese restaurant prices - microwaved rubbish.
“Good for shopping or to start your holiday”
What a lovely hotel. Great room, spacious with a privacy screen to pull across if using it as a family room. The location is ideal. Close enough to the peage to make it a great stop off at the start or end of a French driving holiday, but not so close that you get motorway noise all night. I would definitely use it for a shopping trip to Cite D'europe as it is as close as you can be to it. Definitely not a place for holidays or even a weekend away as it is not near...well anything except the shopping centre but a really nice place to stay
