“Great location on the dunes over the beach, but price service relation does not fit”

Positive: great view from pool, restaurant and bar with spectacular sunset; welcome gift for the kids Negative: dirty and dusty room (leave your clothes better in the suitecase); family rooms do not fit 2 adults and 2 kids; we got only 2 sets of towels for 4 persons and at the pool they run out of towels (so do not forget to bring your own towels); the tiny elevator fits your luggage cart or you, but not both; the waiter at the bar miscalculated the change at two occations (you might think that it was on purpose); the lady life guard at the pool informed us that we are not allowed to go into the pool in shorts - speedos are the requirement!

“Don't let the outside put you off”

Outside it is all brutalist architecture, inside the decor is lovely, rooms a good size and staff attentive. Our room was comfortable and the hotel is right on the beach. There is a pool, gym great restaurant. The only downside was I didn't have the forethought to book some treatments in the attached spa. IT takes 5 mins to get to the centre of town and the waterpark Aqualud

“Probably go back again”

Very nice hotel and location. We liked the ease of access and parking as well as being able to use the pool without any extra charge.We were pleasantly surprised about the space in the room as well as the coffe and tea-making facilities. However, for the price a simple breakfast could be included (coffee and croissant). We also thought that the prices for a drink in the bar were a little steep.

“Love to come back here”

We found this a really good hotel. The comfort of the hotel was great, the bar and the situation of the hotel was fantastic. Perhaps the prices were a little high but when the serivce and the food is excellent then you can't complain. Other restaurants were a 15 mintue walk away and we walked off the excess food.

“Way too expensive”

Cramped rooms, air conditioning didn't work so very stuffy and very noisy with the windows open. Grossly expensive bar, 10 pounds for a gin and tonic!

“Nice hotel”

The hotel is at the far end of the seafront and quite a hike back to the busy restaurant area. If you have a front facing room, it looks onto the beach and you have a veranda. Unfortunately, we had a rear facing, but we just had to sit in the beach area in front of the bar, enjoying the seaview and lovely weather.

“week-end tonifiant et sportif !”

Très belle situation sur la plage. L'extérieur est néanmoins assez triste, de type béton et aurait besoin d'un ravalement ! Belle piscine d'eau de mer chauffée ! Le port des bonnets de bain, notés comme obligatoires, n'est pas respecté (inadmissible dans un établissement de thalasso) Si vous prenez le train, n'oubliez pas de réserver un taxi car la gare se trouve à plus de 5 km !....

“Hotel Novotel Thalasso au Touquet”

Hôtel en front de mer qui bénéficie d'une situation idéale car celui-ci donne sur la plage mais également par le fait qu'il soit relié directement au centre thalasso. Sans ça, l'hôtel n'est plus si intéressant. En effet, bien que le service soit efficace et que les chambres soient propres, la literie parait essoufflée, la clim d'un autre age, (préparez vous à une déshydration nocturne) il ressort une ambiance générale défraichie qui mériterait un lifting au vu des prix pratiqués, le rapport qualité/prix n'étant pas à mettre en avant ici. Profitant de leur situation exceptionnelle, cet hôtel ne se renouvelle pas, la clientèle étant assurée, vu l'absence de concurrence existante.
