Nice get out of the city hotel

Posted 23-May-2014
The rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is good. All perfect just to get a night out of the city. The hotel is close to some headquarters offices so I assume it does cater to them.

Don't bring ur dogs.

Posted 21-May-2014
They called me to tell me my dog was barking and it wasn't my dog. Even if it was, it was early evening and it is a "pet friendly" hotel, really!!! We had to leave our rehearsal dinner to check on our dog after the numerous phone calls from an out of state number. Dogs bark, if it was 11pm maybe but early evening??? Never again!! $75 to vacuum the dog fur, really?!

Wonderful stay

Posted 19-May-2014
The rooms are suites. We were in a two bedroom two bath with a lovely living area and full kitchen. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Got what I paid for

Posted 15-Apr-2014
Pros: Generous space
Cons: Should have more lift lobbies instead of just 1 which we have to walk a real BIG round to get to our room every day.
Location: This is a very layback town and mostly business office/HQ around so don't expect much entertainment. Hotel shuttle caters only within 5 miles.
Stayed in the 2 bedder suites and it's very comfortable. Staffs are generally ok and helpful. I would like to mentioned that their staff, Hassan has made our stay there a real welcoming one. Thanks Hassan!

Hyatt house

Posted 22-Jan-2014
My initial reaction upon entering the room was that it looked very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean. However, the night turned around. As I was sleeping the fire alarm went off in the building and everyone had to vacant. They found out it went off because someone was cooking. Then when i went back into the bedroom i found a dead bedbug under the covers so I had to sleep on the couch. That part was a total turn-off. I didn't use the pool or the hot tub so i wouldn't be able to comment on that but the area and setup looked good.

excellent stay

The location is the only thing average about this hotel. Every other aspect screams value. The breakfast (complimentary) was far above my expectations, full of variety. The rooms were equally as impressive. Additionally, the hotel was clean and provides a serviceable fitness facility.

One of the best family hotels...

This is by far one of the best I have stayed in.It was lovely, clean,so accommodating, breakfast was fab & the staff were really nice too.It makes you feel right at home with everything you need in the rooms. Location is ok,there are some good shops very near but not a good location if you really want to be close to NYC.It was a great stay all round! :0)
