The kitchen was a nice size, the check in was fast and easy: I got to the room and it smelled like food. It didn’t bother me too much. I noticed there was an empty water bottle by the window sill, and a clump of hair on the counter. I looked at the bed and there was more pieces of hair on the bed. I went down to the lobby and asked if it was possible to get a new room or refund. The WiFi was down, I called Expedia to see what I can do, and the man from the front desk said there was another room available, so I checked it out. There was hair in the other bed. Eventually Expedia gave me the refund. It was very inconvenient, and not something I wanted to be doing at 1:00 in the morning. Hopefully they can update the amenities of this hotel property and a staff who is more friendly. For the price that was paid it was not worth being uncomfortable.
