Avoid this place
Shady establishment with odd people living in hotel rooms. Hallways were nasty and smelt like urine. Showers random changed temperatures and burnt me while using. beds were disgusting, overall bad smell in building. House cleaners were too aggressive and tried to kick us out early. Lobby staff was incompetent too. Check out days 12 (noon) on app but they tried to get us to vacate before 11. Avoid this mess at all costs

Cleanliness was so so good but not great. The inn has false advertising we had no refrigerator till the next day after i complained about it no microwave no chairs by the table broken dresser draw tv only had 2 channels working and not that great either. I did complain about the tv but nothing was done just came and looked at it. No breakfast in the morning as advertised and no diner on site either because it is closed down. In my opinion i think this is a section 8 housing inn being of all the family's i saw living there plus encountered 2 baby size roaches in the bathroom on my last day. I would not recommend this inn to anyone and I will never stay there again. It should be taken off of hotels booking site forever.

Outside of the hotel looks nice in the picture. But in person it looked poorly maintained and cheap. The room given to me was also cheap looking and dirty. There were cockroaches crawling. The room had a bad smell of some insecticide. I realized that they treated the room for cockroaches and failed to vent it afterwords. I knew that if I sleep in that room I will get sick. So, I cancelled the booking and left.

Roaches on the wall, guy lied and said he didn't have any more rooms then when I kept asking what he was going to do about the roaches he gave another room. Room had sliding glass doors in the back that had one little piece of metal locking it. No ice, no towels, total dump, I should have left.

Discussing, building looks closed, key to room didn’t work for me or the housekeeper. Once in comforters with cigarette holes, afraid to sit anywhere. Holes in broken curtain. Oh and RIACHES 😳 broken glass to sliding door. Doesn’t even latch to close. People must live there long term. Not a good area! Multiple signs - not responsible for your car or contents- park at your own risk. We left within 3 minutes of being there. Didn’t even stay long enough to get good pictures. PICTURES ON WEBSITE ARE NOT REAL!!!!! DONT DONT DONT STAY!!!!!!!!!!! NO CHILDREN OR ANIMALS- let alone humans should be here!

There were holes in the walls and stuff falling from the ceiling. The fridge and tv didn’t work. The walls were too thin, you can hear everything through them. Staff was not in the office when I needed help or to check out.

So far I have listed 17 items that this property is well below standard. You should remove this unit from your listing. It is so bad I am thinking to report this property to the proper NJ agency. I just drove 4 hrs so I have no other alternative then to try to get some sleep.

Homeless people living on the property right outside the sliding doors to your room. Sliding doors have a chain lock but does open from outside for someone to open wide enough to throw something in. Saw roaches in the room. Lots of spider webs. Rooms aren't clean. People walking around the property. Property manager was nice enough to offer me a refund.

The pictures of this facility must be photoshopped or several years old. Bugs everywhere, stained carpets and walls, burn holes and stains on the bed. We walked in the room and immediately turned around and left. I wouldn’t risk even setting a bag down in one of their rooms. Multiple people roaming the parking lot that may or may not be soliciting. After we left, we called and requested a full refund and they did not argue.

I cannot recommend the accommodation at all. Everything was very dirty and I was afraid to stay there. For this reason I gave back the key for the room but unfortunately the hotel deducted the amount from my credit card. which I don't think is right at all.

Dirty to the core! The guy at the reception is NOT at all welcoming! Rather he is very rude and impolite! Treat the guest as if we are coming to stay there free! Rent is not cheap and the stay was not worth a penny. Smelly, dirty and horrible room. Says Red carpet Inn where one would expect red carpet welcome, it should be changed to muddy carpet Inn, as the carpet is really really messy and muddy!!!!

When getting a cheap hotel, you do not expect stellar service. Cleanliness is a must in all settings, however, and this place was significantly lacking in this department.

The hallways was dirty. Looks like alot of the people there live there so theres that. Yes you smell weed at times but its allowed in the state so who cares. The entire place really needs a make over for sure. The TV turned on but you could see nothing or hear anything. The sliding door lock was broke but they do have a security bar you can use to " lock" it. The shower had a broken doap dish, like not cracked but a hugh peice mssing from it so not good for small kids. Lockin an unlocking reg door to room was a bit tricky but we got it. The beds sucked but served there purpose.

I wanted to give this place a shot; independent businesses need help. Unfortunately, the carpets are stained, and worn down. The hallways smelled horrible of urine and alcohol. I pushed on to my room, and it looked like someone had already been on the bed the room added a cigarette smell to the urine and alcohol. Within 5 minutes I returned to the front desk (which keeps the door locked) and the man at the front desk was incredibly nice and understanding. I do realize a hotel like this provides a service to the underserved. I just wish they were more honest in their description and pictures.

The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. When I entered my room, I turned on the light switch and nothing happened. I had to prop open the door with my suitcase to find a lamp. It had no lamp shade, just a pole with a bar lightbulb attached. There were no hangers in the closes. The ironing board's legs were bent and could not be opened. When I turned on the bathroom light, 2 crawling bugs ran across the tile. The toilet paper holders were missing the metal piece that a roll of paper would sit on. The person who checked me in was wearing a sleeve-less tee-shirt. After the first 3 minutes in the room and seeing the deplorable conditions, I went back to the lobby and told the clerk I would not be staying there. He did process a full refund credit back to my credit card. I believe that this motel is used for "section 8" housing, for long-term residents, where the hotel receives funding from the federal government. STAY AWAY

We went into the reception area and it was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It was a booth like entrance, very dirty and not welcoming. We checked in thinking it would get better, but with no lift we had to carry our suitcases upstairs on filthy carpet. Went into the room and the bed wasn’t made properly, the curtain was pulled to cover the broken window and the bathroom didn’t seem cleaned at all. We left shortly after going into the room and got a refund. Would not recommend. The pictures are not accurate at all.

Microwave was non working. Shower in the tub was leaking all night. Bathroom door could not be locked. Only one pillow was provided per Queen Bed when there were 3 guests. Cockroaches were everywhere. Worst stay thus far!
