While the property was adequate for a single night's stay, there were some shortcomings that detracted from the experience. Upon requesting a wake-up call at the front desk, I felt the staff member wasn't fully attentive to my request. While I did wake up earlier than the requested time, unfortunately, the wake-up call never arrived. Additionally, the presence of sticky residue on the wall by the bed was concerning and indicated insufficient cleaning.

The bathroom wasn’t clean , the shower had hair all over it . I had wanted breakfast and it was a frozen danish with a coffee. I thought it would have eggs, cereal and fruit. Will not go to this chain of hotels again.

POSITIVES: 1- Building inside and Out look appealing to the eye. Not a motel look, just nice. 2- Huge lobby with plenty of seating and decor. 3- Hotel is literally off of the main road and just minutes away from all major highways. 4- Several Gas stations near by, one next door. 5- Diners, Pizzerias, Fast food, 24 hour WaWa, & more all within a 2-5 minute drive. 6- The room had a king size bed, curved love seat w/otterman, a desk & chair, stand up closet, refrigerator. It was comfortably arranged. 7- Staff was professional & accommodating. NEGATIVES: 1- Small entrance into the room. Just wide enough to slip the luggage cart thru the doorway and to the back/main area. 2- No Microwave even though there's a counter above the hidden refrigerator. 3- Breakfast not included 4- No complimentary Coffee station. Though you can buy at the food service counter. 5- While the property looks well kept, the parking lot was left unattended for over a week. I saw trash build up over days around parked vehicles and open spaces. Perhaps they were understaffed due to the holidays. ALL IN ALL, I recommend this Hotel for Singles or families. Nice open outer deck with seating and a pool. I would stay here again in the future.

Hotel was ok!!
Overall, the experience was below the average. the hotel wasn't clean or lack some maintenance. there is no Service, the breakfast wasn't included which is the first time during my hotels booking I found a hotel that doesn't provide breakfast. if you're traveling with Family which I was, I'd not recommend this hotel, you can smell the marijuana once you walk by the hallway.
