“Nice hotel and will use again.”
Staff at front desk were great (all shifts). Both restaurants were also good.
“Old but clean”
This is an older hotel but the bed was comfortable and it was clean. The people above us were up until 2 a.m. and we could hear them laughing and talking so I would not recommend staying on the 1st 2 floors. It was ok for the price.
“price is right”
Considering the overpriced hotels in Park City even during off seasons, this was an affordable and decent hotel with nice indoor/outdoor pool and comfortable beds. The restaurant and bar on premises was nice as well. Having free underground parking was great!
“Great Price, Good Room, Nice Pool and Hot Tub”
Great price, older hotel but well kept, nice pool and hot tub, indoor outdoor pool with huge outdoor hot tub as well as indoor hot tub. The only disappointment here was the lack of excercise equipment.
“Just o.k.”
This is an older hotel with some definite wear. Rooms are small with older furniture and t.v. Carpets were dirty. Beds were comfy with clean sheets and a nice comforter. Shower head was awful. Amenities were below expectations. Indoor pool was cold, indoor hot tub was good and hot but no jets. Outdoor hot tub was the same temp as the pool. No workout room. Restaurant for breakfast and sports bar food for dinner was all very good but limited selection.
“Not impressed with the customer service. Front desk clerk was rude, short, curt and not helpful.”
The front desk clerk at check in was very rude. She did not make eye contact, was not welcoming and did not provide a good impression of this hotel from the beginning. She did not provide information about check out, when I asked for directions to the room she curtly provided them, though they weren't clear, I asked her to repeat. She was upset by this and repeated the previous instructions word for word and I was left to find my room on my own. Though the beds were comfortable and the rooms clean, it is not likely that I will stay here again OR that I will recommend it to anyone.
“Would stay again”
Overall very good hotel. Nice indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs, rooms very clean, bed comfortable. Only downfall was the shower spouted out water like jets. Unfortunate that that was the only reason I wouldn't rate it higher.
“Good value”
The hotel was clean, decent, and quiet
“Nice Enough Hotel, but staff... Not So Much”
If you enjoy staying in a hotel that smells of "SWIMMING POOL" this hotel is for you!! It seems nice enough, but really isn't. Upon arriving at this hotel we were unpleasantly greeted by a not so nice front desk worker. She seemed as if we interrupted her quiet time in order to check in to the hotel. After checking in we discovered a maintenance man working in the elevator on a step ladder ( not very safe ) fixing a light fixture with an exacto knife. Later in the evening we asked for directions to what the hotel advertises as a "free shuttle" and the front desk worker proceeded to tell us we needed to call our own shuttle. We asked again for the free shuttle and she said out the back door and across the street. Hmm well we since there was no back door and several streets to cross we were unable to locate the "free shuttle!!" Some service for a 5 star hotel in Park City!! 3 Star maybe, 0 Star Service! We will never stay there again!!
“okay for the money”
Worst things about this hotel **room was filthy, bathtub and shower curtain dirty, hair in tub and on floor, **carpet filthy, didnt dare go barefoot **bedding had trash in it when we pulled down the bed **room we were given was on the third floor, elevator slower than molasses in winter, stairs a beast to climb ** supposedly had a mountain view, but our room window had aspens growing against it, even three stories hight, had a lovely view of leaves. **air conditioner only made the room bearable, sort of. very hot **antiquated tv was laughable **maid came even though we had our "privacy" card on door **restaurant was very pricey, small portions, even for the special. dissapointed! Best things about this hotel: **Queen beds were divinely comfortable **pillows were down and lovely. seriously lovely! **pool was nice, swim-thru was fun, hot tubs well maintained and even hot most of the time. **didnt worry that someone could see thru our window, with the curtain of leaves against it **okay for a night or two, got this hotel on a ** percent off special, where you dont know the name of the hotel until after you book, and although it wasnt the worst hotel weve ever stayed in, i can only give it an average of "3" rating, just wasnt that impressed, and kinda grossed out. I would think that if a hotel is trying just to fill up rooms with a special price, they would want to make a good impression so guests would want to come back, and recommend the hotel to others.
