“Very impressed- would stay again”
We sayed at this hotel as it was very close to disneyland (2stops on the RER Ligne A). The hotel is just 2mins walk away from the RER station. The service was impeccable. Staff and locals were very polite and helpful and spoke fluent english. The hotel room was spotless, very comfortable huge beds. The onlypossible flaw is that the TV didnt have any english channels, but you probably wouldn't be spending that much time in your rooms anyway. The staff are always willing to go the extra step- we came in late from paris and expected to eat near the hotel but everywhere was shut, the man on duty at the hotel offered to make us french baguettes even though the kitchen and restaurant was closed. All in all I would definitely stay at this hotel again, situated in a nice area with lots of restaurants and a supermarket and bakery nearby
“Great location for Disney”
Great location for disney just 2 stops on the RER. The Val D'Europe shopping and outlets are also only one stop away. We stayed here at the end of March and the place was very quiet, this is not the location to stay if you want nights out and late dining off season as we went for food at about 11 on our first night and ended up visiting the vending machine in the hotel - everything including the bars in Bussy Saint George were closed at this time on a saturday night! I understand they stay open later during summer months. All in all I found this hotel nice and the location great for our trip to disney. The breakfast was included in our room price and was typical french with baguettes, cereal, fruit and yogurt - I'm not sure I would pay separately for this though as there are a few bakeries close by which do nice baguettes at reasonable prices and you would not be as restruicted with time etc....
“Great find, great place!”
Chose the hotel because of other reviewers comments and was not disappointed. Travelled by Eurostar to Gare du Nord, took the metro across the city to pick up the District Train Line (A) out to Marne La Vallee. A little confusing but managed it with an 8-year old and suitcases so is possible. Hotel absolutely spot on. Reception staff polite, good English and very helpful. Room more than adequate, bathroom clean, lovely outlook over square. Breakfast offered a good choice, don't go towards end of service as it gets depleted and isn't always topped up. Bought tickets fo Disneyland from hotel, good offer, 3 days for 2, we did two half-days (1&3) and a full day which spread it out comfortably. Area is quiet, few restaurants near the station which are fine for an evening meal although hotel does dinner (extra charge), also good. If going to DL, buy bagettes and pastries at patisserie by train statiion, good value as food in DL is horredously expensive. Only two stops away from DL (5 mins), brilliant for late night return with very tired child. Be prepared to queue for everything but use fast track, we did all the large rides this way. Definitely watch both evening parades (7pm Mickey's family and 10pm Light Procession and Fireworks). Highlight of any visit. Overall, a good cost effective way of "doing" DL and not getting caught up in all the commercialism. One point, we went in second week of July before the holiday crowds which made a real difference.
“Tulip Inn Marne La Vallee”
I stayed here with my girlfriend for three nights as we were visiting Disney Land / Paris. This hotel is two stops from the main Disney Land resort via the metro system. The metro station was five minutes walk from the hotel, if that with the metro taking about 10 minutes to reach the Disney Land stop. Day pass tickets for the metro system cost us about 7 euros each. I was very impressed with this hotel. Everyone working there spoke good English and the hotel was fairly quiet for the duration of our visit. Room service insured that the bed was made, toilet rolls were filled and new towels were given to us every day while we were out. The hotel does have a restaurant that serves both breakfast and dinner, although I wouldn't advise eating there as it was quite expensive, for dinner especially (50 euros for our not so great meal). Instead we opted to eat at the restaurants around the hotel and near the metro station which were much better value for money. We paid on average 35 euros for two course meals for the two of us. We had breakfast every morning from one of the two local bakeries. On our last day in France the hotel allowed us leave our suitcases in one of their locked storage rooms even though our stay had finished, so we could go visit the center of Paris. We used the metro system to get there and back which took about 30 minutes each way. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting either Paris or Disney land.
“Paris & Disney - Tulip Inn has everything you need for both!”
We stayed at this hotel for 10 days at the end of Aug 08 and found this hotel to be excellent for anyone who wants both Paris and Disney. We spent the days exploring Paris and with an annual Disney ticket headed to Disney every evening. We didn't eat at the hotel but did have breakfast at the bakery next to the train station. There's also a very good supermarket at the other side of the train station. The shopping centre at Val D'Europe is also worth a visit.
“Very convinent”
The hotel is modern and well equiped with parking (charged per night) and wifi (prepaid per 24 hour), the continental buffet breakfast was plentiful. The room and the hotel in general are supprisingly quiet considering how many young familys appeared for breakfast. The local railway station is across the square and perfect for getting to Eurodisney in less than 10 minutes. Equally the city centre is only 35 minutes with handy stations at gare de lyon and the oprea. Tickets are on sale at reception to avoid queing at Eurodisney. The only downsides were lack of coffee making facilities in the room although one can get coffee in the bar 24/7 and one has to be carful flicking through channels on the TV late at night, there are channels one would rather not let ones youngsters watch. Overall highly recomended.
“Convenient & comfortable hotel located near to Disneyland Paris”
We stayed at the Tulip Inn hotel for two nights in order to spend a day at Disneyland Paris. The hotel was located only 2 train stops away from the park itself, so it was quick and easy to get about. The hotel room was spacious with two double beds, bathroom and separate toilet. There was plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, a safety deposit box and a huge plasma TV. My only criticism was that it did not have any tea or coffee facilities which are pretty standard in most 3 star and above hotels. However, avoid paying for the overprice breakfast in the hotel and head to the local patisserie which is opposite the train station. Bussy Saint Georges is a small community village with very few shops and restaurants. However, we found a lovely bar/restaurant which was next door to the patisserie and whilst I cannot remember the name of the place, is it owned by the loveliest barman who made us feel very welcome in his establishment. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bussy Saint Georges/Disneyland and this was mainly down to the convenient location, comfortable hotel and polite locals. I would definitely go back.
“Excellent location if you are visiting Euro Disney”
Hotel excellent - clean, comfortable, with all staff being extremely helpful and friendly.
“Great Location”
Stayed here May 2011 as an alternative to staying at a Disney Hotel during our visit to Disneyland with age range 9-69. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, Breakfast was fairly basic but plenty of it and restocked frequently. The kids loved the warm Chocolate Croissants, and I loved NOT having to queue for anything and everything - made a nice change from the Park. It's conveniently situated to Bussy-St-Georges railway for easy access to Marne-la-Vallee Chessy station and just 2 stops away. The fare approx 2€ and 1€ for under 10's. There are no convenience stores on hand but plenty of small Restaurants if you didn't eat in the L'Olivier Hotel Restuarant. We ate at a Chinese just across the road, price depends on the day of the week, we ate Friday night and cost €15.90 for all you can eat buffet which wasn't fantastic but adequate. Loved the Hotel for location and friendliness and would definately recommend for travellers of all ages.
“Disney Dream!”
We booked this hotel on the back of reading other reviews on Expedia and can honestly say it was a great choice. But this comes with a warning.... Tbreakfast was first class @ 10 euros each, the staff were fantastic and there was secure underground parking for 5 euros per night. Well worth considering.
