We loved this place. A lovely boutique hotel. Much quieter than the place we stayed a few nights earlier in another area in Paris. Great breakfast.

Room 44 was really quiet which was super important. No early check in. Small room but that was expected. Staff helped with electric converter attachment we didn’t have. Only issue was the bed light on one side didn’t work nor did the USB charger. The other side was fine. Did I mention the room was quiet?

Overnight stay
Arrived very late due to problem with Metro but booked in OK after bit of trouble with credit card machine. Room small but comfortable and very close to station. Reception a bit unhelp. Nice breakfast in nice room.ful next morning with directions but other than that OK

They property was in a good location near Gare de Lyon which is served its purpose for what we needed for the night. Apart from that, the hotel is not great. Waited at reception for a good minute before staff would recognise you exist and look up at you. Rooms were rather small, although bathroom wasn’t too bad and the room did seem clean. Towels we old and small, and the window opened up to a pile of rubble outside. Overall not a great experience but okay for one night

At first I was disappointed as the room didnt appear as in the photo and didnt have a view but the room was adequate and had everything I needed for a one night stay. The reception was helpful and it was easy to walk to the train station the next morning.

Easy check in. Within walking distance of the railway station. Good for short stay of one or two nights. Stayed twice and both times ok but room 25 has a very small bathroom with unusual design. Fortunately neither my partner or myself are very big otherwise would have been a real problem using the facilities.

Great location, near the train station and many options for restaurants nearby. Elevator is small. Bathroom is small. But room was always clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had an amazing view of the city and sunset.

Small but clean
Room is a bit small, but clean and a short walk to the Gare de Lyon train station and metro station. If you stay here, I highly recommend you have something to eat at Lebrun Receptions, a very small place just up the street from Trianon Gare de Lyon.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed the convenient location near the Gare de Lyon and a metro stop. The neighborhood was refreshingly quiet after a day among the crowds of tourists in Paris. The bedroom and bathroom were small but everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was small, but the food was tasty. I especially liked being able to boil my own egg in the special container. It was a treat to have a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg every morning!

It is easy walking distance to Gare de Lyon. The manager is on duty 24 hours. The room was clean, the bathroom was big enough and the price fit my budget. For American sensibilities, the bedroom was very small, but I only needed someplace to sleep and shower between train and plane so this was ideal.

Nice stay
The hotel room is small but very clean. Room has air condition which is very good in the summer. Location is good since it's closer to train station and have many shops around. It's convenient.. Front desk staffs are friendly and price is good.

Nice place to stay

Good hotel. Excellent value. Convenient location
Friendly check-in and breakfast staff. Rooms have just what you need for a one or two night stay. some of the carpets are a little tired but the bathrooms are recently refurbished and are spotlessly clean. Everything worked perfectly. We double booked so ended up with more rooms which gave us some opportunity to compare. Room 36 smelt a little of drainage but this was probably because it was a slightly old building. Room 37 and 31 were perfect for us.

This is excelent hotel, fairly new. the thing i liked most is the breakfast - fairly riched buffet for EUR 10.

Fire alarm went off twice one night, at about 2:30 and 3:30 in morning. Fortunately, there was no fire. Some kind of problem With the Equipment. No Public address system to notify guests if alarm was real or false. Good News is that the Room and bathroom were excellent. Elevator was quiet. Did not hear adjacent room.

We had an unexpected change in plans and needed a last minute reaervation in Paris on a Saturday night. We needed to be near Gare de Lyon and this popped up. It was a great place, clean and efficient. And they are doing their part to help those trying to get their lives back on track. Good place good cause. They came through for us, that’s for sure. The room was small but comfortable and breakfast was included, which is always a plus. It was delicious too.

Worst ever hotel. Do not ever book. Complaints every time I entered lobby. Tried to get transferred within a couple of hours. Disgraceful..masquerade as 3 star but budget in reality. Disgusting hotel.

Good hotel. Short walk to Gare De Lyon ideal base.
Good hotel. Comfortable beds. Room small but adequate -ok for couples. We had room 31 looking onto main street. Windows open to enjoy hustle and bustle of street. No issue with noise at night. Little information in rooms other than emergency locations and free website access code. 1small bottle of water in room. Close by to good choice of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Good base to explore Paris via Gare De Leyon Metro link. Recommend hotel.

The hotel is very quiet. the breakfast delicious!!
The hotel is very small. Our room was small as well but we were able to accommodate ourselves. Very quiet hotel even when we were staying right next to the elevator we didn't hear anything at night. Our room was facing the street and we didn't hear anything either. Great place to stay. I would come back

Double room booked, broom cupboard supplied
We booked this hotel some months ago as the start of a two month tour of France and Italy. We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by a young man who was more interested in his texts than the guests. He allocated a room on the first floor, gave no information on the hotel at all and left us to it. The room was, frankly, a single that a double bed had been squashed I to. The tiny window didn't open at all and the window in the shower room opened on to a central very small enclosed area about 8' square that was surrounded by other walls and used as some kind of rubbish dump! There was virtually no natural light at all. There was a very small wardrobe in the room and that was it. Not suitable at all as a double room and not in any way conforming to the hotel description on Expedia who we book with. We went back to the 'receptionist' to complain to be told there were no other rooms available and we should pay all four nights up front and request a room change tomorrow. We declined. We went for a walk and quickly found another hotel, the Hotel Terminus Lyon, that accommodated us beautifully (and cheaper)!! We have stayed in Paris many times and are well aware that space is premium and rooms are never huge but this hotel takes the biscuit. We voted with our feet and left!

Almost invisible on the Blvd Diderot, you blink and you miss it. But what a little hidden away gem it is. Everything is on a compact scale but it's all perfectly formed. From the smile on the service to the comprehensive comfort in the detail, you can't fault anything or anyone. Special mention to Assam our receptionist for his professionalism. Thank you TRIANON for making this trip to the city with style as stress free and pleasurable as it is humanely possible.
