“Avoid. Horrible overpriced rooms.”
Hotel rooms are in a very bad shape. The bathroom of my room was so small that you need to be a yoga master to be able to enter and use it without hurting yourself. This hotel should not be listed on the site. Price is extremely high for what it offers.
“The perfect location for the perfect Paris visit - We'll be back!”
As for location, this hotel is perfect. Within a few hundred yards of 4 Metro stations, we had a flying start every morning to get into the centre of Paris and enjoy the breathtaking sights and return easily home when we were tired-out at the end of the day. It is also within the same short walking range of Gare Du Nord mainline station so, when you arrive by train from CDG airport, there's no need for taxis. This is where we'll stay on our next visit - no hesitation. It must also be said that, with the great price for our stay, we'll be booking through Expedia again. Thanks.
“Very unimpressed.”
Run down and plan dirty. Stains on bedding, floor, walls and curtains. Bathroom covered in mould and hair. I can only say unless you don't care or can get a really really cheap deal don't go there
“Not Impressed”

“Please Read this Review, take this advice, and DO NOT STAY HERE.”
My wife and I stayed here our first night in Paris. Online reviews were poor, but I thought the location was convenient enough that we could take the risk. I wish we had never gone there. The information reads multi-lingual staff, but they did not speak English. The room had two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed as we had asked for. The room had an over-powering smell of mildew, mold, and rot. We had to open the window and door to the hallway to air the room out. The handle on the bathroom door was broken. There was a hole in the wall in the doorway. The carpet baseboard was falling off the walls. There was significant dirt and mold on the wall at the headboard. I asked to change rooms, but surprisingly the hotel was full. The only room he could offer had just a single bed, so we decided to stay. At about 0430 in the morning we were awoken to shaking and our beds moving. I turned on the light to investigate and discovered the headboard which was anchored into the wall had pulled loose. Rotting plaster and the particle board holding the headboard in place had come loose. I got the night man to come see the damage. He offered us the single bed again, but no discount. Instead he said we should sleep with our feet at the other end of the bed! I pulled the headboard out of the wall and we tried to sleep sideways on the beds. I didn't sleep, but my wife did and woke up with a sore back since the beds did not fully meet in the middle.
“Cheap and cheerful”
Very central and with excellent transport links. Cheap and cheerful. Great value for money. Reasonable and authentic french restaurantes near by and supermarkets. The only downsides were the shower which wasn't quite up to scratch, but you can manage to shower, and the room was a bit small. But why would you stay in a hotel room when you have such beautiful sights to see??!
“A fine room for sleeping in!”
The area....well. I was a bit scared when I arrived in the area after dark! But keep your wits with you, and you'll find it. The hotel itself is absolutely clean - a shampoo dispenser in the (however, very tiny) shower. Bed sheets and towels refreshed daily. Room on the small side, but more than enough for a bed for the night. WiFi available and basically fine, except that you have to refresh your sessions all the time by re-logging in for the service frequently. All in all, go for it! You could do a lot worse!
“Handy location and good value”
The hotel was cheap and conveniently located for the Eurostar and for our trip to the rugby international at the Stade de France. It was not luxurious but suited our requirements fine. I could have done with some soap and shampoo though.
“cheap”
For the price, its OK I guess. I got a bunch of insect bites, but I can not really blame it on the hotel I think. I contacted them about it, but they never replied.
“qualità medio/bassa dell'hotel, vicino alla metropolitana.”
L' unica cosa "negativa" è il personale alla reception che parlava solo francese, alla fine tutto sommato per la qualità/prezzo non ci si può lamentare, essendo giovani non avevamo pretese!
