“Great hotel if your looking for something close to CDG!!!”

“Good choice for a long stop”

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone in a long stop in CDG airport. It is very well located, just above the entrance to the Metro station to Paris downtown and close to airport terminal 2E. We arrived at 7am and got an early check in at no additional cost. Very nice building and very good conditions of the rooms

“very convenient for late arrial or early departure”

i arrived late at CDG so it was ridiculously convenient to simply walk to the hotel which s located within terminal 2. it is also directly above the railway station so perfect fo catching an early train the following day. it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. a little expensive however as i probably saved on taxi fares or car rental it probablyevened out in the end.

“littlegogiga”

I noted that I need a non-smoked room with exactly no smell of smoke when I booked the hotel from Expedia. But it turns out that I kept smelling smoke came from outside through the door. Then I found no sliper in the room. After i made a request to the front desk, I got only one pair of it when we have two people. I argued with the service man for minutes, received lot of sorry but no more another pair sliper. However, after a long waiting, eventually i got the other one from the same service man with not polite attitude. Closet in the room is need a little reapired with it cover. As another review said, no menu for room service could be found. It is the last hotel we stayed fou our trip to France, it is also rated to be the worst one among all the hotels we stayed. I wonder if the bad economy of Europe do have some negitive effects to the famous chian hotel of Sheraton.

“Wonderful hotel and staff”

My wife had suffered a fall the day before we arrived at the hotel and so had difficulty walking, the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. We had a delicious meal in our room. On departing we were taken to the terminal by Karim, a delightful and knowledgeable porter. I cannot praise the hotel enough, we will definitely stay here again.

“Excellent location for connecting flights”

We stayed there for one night waiting for a connecting flight and we found Sheraton Hotel very comfortable, clean and most of all incredibly peaceful even if it is inside the airport. Excelent choice to relax before taking another long flight.

“Can't beat the location if you need a room at De Gaulle”

If you need a room at CDG airport you can't beat the location of the Sheraton, located in terminal 2 at the Train station. The hotel is modern, clean with helpful and professional staff. The rooms are modern well furnished and quiet ... you don't hear the plans or the trains. After a day of travelling you can't ask for a better hotel.

“Clean and Spacious”

The hotel was lovely for what it is, it is very clean, spacious and the staff is very helpful. However, this hotel caters mostly to the business crowd, so if you are not prepared to spend around 30 euros on a hamburger find a place to eat elsewhere, outside the hotel. This can be quite tricky since you are in the airport and most things are pricey as it is. Overall though they are pretty attentive and the room was the cleanest and most spacious we had stayed in our entire vacation.
