“a better option for the races”

We were a bit apprehensive about this hotel and its location, but as we were in paris for the races predominantly, it is ideally located, instead of the usual race to get the free bus we took a leisurely ride on the tram from la defense into longchamp and an equally leisurely ride back into paris. The hotel and its staff were excellent and friendly, i would definately recommend this hotel against the more costly-SMALLER rooms at hotels closer to the centre. the only downside was the local restaurants seem to close early

“Don’t even think about driving to this hotel!”

The main attraction was the special deal offered by Expedia. The hotel staff were friendly and could not be more helpful, the hotel was very clean and the kitchenette was a real bonus. The metro was in walking distance and so was the supermarket. On the negative side it was virtually impossible to find the hotel by car, it spoilt our first evening in Paris. Also the bed was very near the desk with little space to walk …… we got a few bruises.

“great option for those with kids”

This place was excellent value. As I travel on business on my own, I might go for someone more central next time. But if I wanted a good, very well kept reasonably priced self catering place with my kids in tow - this would be perfect. The surrounding area is very nice, with supermarkets close by for shopping. Although it seems some way out - by metro it really is only a few stops. Staff very friendly and helpful

“wonderful place to stay in Paris”

Nice, clean, upscale hotel very close to metro system. A bit hard to reach by car.

“Know how to get out of the building if you are taking train.”

It was hard to find the right exit from the train station attatched with large commercial building. I asked the information desk at the station how to get to Residhome. They searched web and told me to ride a bus otherwise it's twenty minutes walk. I told them that Expedia website said it's a walking distance but they assured me it's a long walk. Since I didn't have a cell phone or where the payphone was I took a crowded bus with luggage. The bus eventually took me there but if I had a discription of how to get out of the building it was within ten minutes walk.

Good new appartment hotel with kitckenet, clean,good price on weekend,free internet in room,bad telephone systems,some of front office sttaf not helpfull, located in noisy neigbourhoud residentional, walking distance to butifull la dence office and shopping centre,end of metro line 1,taxi to airport around 50 to 60 euro,by train RER about 11 euro.

“Frustrating - avoid!”

Strange hotel. Asked about room service and was given a menu when I checked in. BEWARE - when you order from your room you will be asked to come back down to the desk to pay before they order your food! Frustrating particularly the long queue at reception when I eventually returned downstairs via the 2 very slow lifts. Not what I would expect from a 4*. My colleagues have found the breakfast experience frustrating. I missed breakfast because my shower didn't work & running the bath took too much time. Desk lamps are difficult to operate, window closure is over-complicated and one of my lights came on during the night on its own.

“Residhome Courbevoie”

Checked in early, approx. 2:30pm. Having stayed there before, requested a room facing the rear of the hotel (to avoid traffic noise) TOLD NOT POSSIBLE AS ALL ROOMS ARE PRE-BOOKED. Air-conditioning failed to work. Don't bother with breakfast; a charge of €17:50 plus and they can't even supply any fruit! What remains is pretty poor given the cost. Better of popping into the cafe down the road...............
