“Great location, friendly and helpful staff”

“Best Choice for First Time Visit Paris”
This hotel is located at the centre of everything and the staff is extremely helpful and polite. The concierge team was great when we stayed, and the leader of the team, Mr. David, sorry I forgot to ask his last name, helped us to search for places to visit and even recommended restaurants for us. His service compliment the entire trip. My husband and I were deeply appreciated his assistance. The hotel room and facilities were smaller in comparison with the North American standard; however, you don't need a big room if you will stay outside of hotel more than a half day every day. Paris is a beautiful city which demands a fair amount walking tour. In our experience, we spent approximately 12 hours every day outdoor; so honestly, the room size did not matter because we had so much fun! We would be happier if there was more drawer for us to leave our things, though. I can not keep thinking about how happy we were during the trip, and that makes me to consider revisit Paris within two years. We will definitely book a room in Renaissance Paris Vendome Hotel for our next trip! Thank you for the great service.
“Very nice in the Vendome Area”
I enjoyed my stay there. I was suprised this hotel was hidden in the area behind Rue Rivoli. Excellent location. Great services and small and charming .
“Vendome”
The hotel was comfortable, luxurious and peaceful. It was in an expensive area, but near enough to the Metro to be able to go elsewhere when we wanted something cheaper, so easy to avoid some of the hotel's more expensive services.
“If this is your first visit to Paris, are site-seeing, STAY HERE!!!”
Beautiful hotel. I read many reviews complaining about the size of the room and while we have no point of reference to compare to, we did not have any complaints. We had two LARGE suitcases plus 4 more bags and were able to move around the room just fine. It was a smaller room, but compared to American hotels. I have stayed in Germany and Holland and the room was comparable. The people were VERY, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than a minute walking distance from the Louvre and if you are in Paris to site see, are there for the first time, and can afford it, I highly recommend it. I paid the high price because my wife an I had never been to Paris, and this was a dream vacation for her so I didn't want to take any risks with hotels. I knew I couldn't go wrong staying at a Renaissance. It is dead center to all of the Paris attractions and we walked to everything, each day (Except Disneyland which you must take the RER) Again, the price is high, but you can remove one worry about your trip by staying here plus you get chocolate on your bed every night which went along way with my wife.
“Good apart from 2 power cuts in our room !!”
Great hotel , good location. we had 2 power cuts in our room ( only our room ) on our 2 night stay. Apart from that everything was great, we will return !!
“Quiet and convenient”
I read some mixed reviews of this hotel but can't understand why. Granted, I had booked a room with a king sized bed but some of the complaints were that the rooms were small. My room was quite comfortable but I can't speak for the smaller rooms. But the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The staff was extemely helpful to us in every way. No being fluent in French we leaned on our hosts to make reservations for dinner, map out and give directions to places we intended to visit, and provide information on the Metro. And the morning we requested an very early wake up call, they brought us coffee/tea to our room. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and would gladly return.
“hotel”
location was perfect. rooms were well appointed and laid out well. Staff was friendly and helpful.
“perfect hotel for the business traveller”
No doubt this hotel is clean, minimalistic and the king size beds are huge and comfortable....location couldn't be better as it's on a quiet street close to the Place de Concorde and Louvre. What this hotel lacks is an abundance of hotel personel and the incredible French charm that I go to Paris for. Kind of like staying in a really fancy Holiday Inn.
“Hotel Renaissance Vendôme Paris - super Hotel in einmaliger Lage”
