The hotel recommend we used the conciege to book our Disney tickets we did and they went valid costing us over 200 euros which were wasted! The hotel manager wasn't interested and said its not our policy to book these. The hotel check in staff recommended it on arrival!

Nice hotel

Very nice and clean hotel ideal location from Disneyland, hotel runs a FREE shuttle service every half an hour and it only take 10 minutes to get there. Location wise it's 40 minute drive (depending on traffic) to the Eiffel tower and central Paris. Rooms are nice and spacious cleaning staff do a good job too. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down as it was always cold and selection was limited. Hotel restaurant was good with a large selection of food on offer, used the room service and it was fast and to a good standard. Hotel has a nice gym with a sauna and a steam room all nice and clean with up to date equipment. The pool is nice and clean not too big but good for the kids. Overall a nice stay and good value for money, a stone throw away from Disneyland will deffinetely recommend and use again.

Good Hotel close 10 mins away from Disney Parks

Cons: The Breakfast buffet should give more egg options
Location: Euro Disney is 10 mins away and there is a free shuttle to the park twice every hour. There is a Designer shopping outlet near by and also a Sea life
This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable.The staff were helpful. Our first night, we wanted to have dinner at one of the restaurants. We went into the closest one as we wanted to have a proper sit down meal. The staff seemed a bit agitated even though I asked if it was ok to come in casual clothes [we had just come back from the Disney parks, 2 adults and 4 children] They said it was ok but more or less got us to go to another restaurant to have the lounge menu which is not very formal. I was a bit irritated by that but too tired to make a fuss. The breakfast buffet didn't offer egg options, the guard boiled egg was always soft boiled and the scrambled egg always runny. The children didn't really enjoy it. There is a whole lot more to be had like cereals, different types of bread, bacon etc. Apart from that I find the Blu Raddisson a pleasant place to stay . It is no more expensive than staying at the Disney village but you get a better quality room that is modern

A fantastic hotel close to Disneyland Paris

The room was immaculate and had a ready made bed every morning. The breakfast was lovely and there was a wide variety of food. The free shuttle bus to disney was perfect and always on time, also very frequent timetable. The staff were so helpful especially at getting us breakfast at 5am before we checked out.

Pros: Het ontbijt, de ligging, de uitstraling, prijs kwaliteit
Cons: -Ik moest tot aan het restaurant om het eten van mijn peuter op te warmen -het eten was dan overgeschept in een kom maar niet afgedekt.
Location: 6min rijden en je bent disneyland binnen, shuttle is ook een optie maar net iets langer
Voor de 2e maal terug, deze keer met heel de familie. Zij zijn ook heel tevreden over alles, de ligging, netheid en service, het ontbijt is bijna kompleet. Een echte aanrader, zelfs volzet is de drukte bijna niet merkbaar.

Nice Hotel, shame about the shuttle

Cons: The shuttle service
Hotel was clean with big rooms, and great views, good location, good breakfast. The shuttle to the park, was almost always full to capacity, and only stops in the taxi rank...not where the buses do. This is very inconvenient, as there are long queues into the taxi rank at peak times, and not designated bus stop, so it becomes a 'free for all', when the bus arrives. We made the hotel aware of this, and several other guests were complaining.

Cons: Staff attitude
Staff not friendly. We arrived at 2.30pm, check in was 3 pm. Sometimes rooms do become available beforehand but we were firmly told the time is 3pm and to come back then. At 3 pm informed will have to wait as room still not ready. Finally reached room around 3.30pm. No apologies offered, very cold attitude.

Poor hotel that could do with some updating. Shuttle Bus service is a nightmare every 30mins despite having to reserve a place in the morning it is packed to the point of bursting. Breakfast not great. Dinner in the hotel restuarant was nice though a little pricey. The one thing though this hotel did have was good staff and customer service.
