Really bad experience.

Pros: Nothing at all, unfortunately!
Cons: A good deep clean in the rooms would be a good start!
Unpleasant after finding a dirty room and this ruined my experience at Disneyland Paris.

Excelent hotel , very pleasant stay !

Pros: Very clean and well greeted !
Location: Stayed at hotel as so close to disneyland only 10 'imites away on shuttle !
Very please with our stay at the hotel , upon arrival we were selected as special prize winner to stay in the presdential suite !! amazing so much room and what a surprise ! Very pleasant stay and would highly recomend.

Pros: The service
Cons: The toaster at breakfast, does 4 slices at a time for 400 guests(?)
Location: Disney!
The staff are what make this place. For the guys in the bar..10/10, For the staff at Breakfast 10/10....and the staff at Dinner 10/10....cant think its easy working with all these families..tired from a day at Disney, but they keep on smiling and doing their job....noticeable too that management are never far away, perhaps that is the secret to a well run establishment

Close enough to Disney.

Good access to and from Disneyland, decent facilities and rooms. Breakfast was great but expensive. Dinner at the restaurant was mediocre and overpriced. Be careful though, as when we arrived we saw a family getting mugged at the entrance doors by two men on motorbikes. They were obviously very wealthy targets with a lot of bling and shopping.

Hotel was convenient for Disney and free parking

Hotel was generally good. Good breakfast and majority of staff were helpful. However, had a couple of issues during our stay. Being a bit chilly, asked for an additional duvet was told there weren't any in whole hotel!! Sofa bed was broken and after having informed the front desk with photos to show the extent of the problem twice already (at 10pm and 11pm), nothing was done despite having been told someone would be up in a few minutes to have a look both times. Having put the kids to bed on the double bed and with nowhere to sleep ourselves after a long and tiring day at Disney, I finally lost my rag and had to literally shout at the front desk and threaten to check out before they paid any attention and sent up 2 single beds finally at 12.30 am. For a Radisson, this was poor and I've had much better service and respect at cheaper hotels. It put a bit of a dampener on our holidays as we spent the next day in Paris without having had a good night's rest!

Expensive for what it has to offer

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. It is classed as 4 star but I think it is too basis to be called 4 star. The rooms are too small. Staff could be more friendly and helpful. Breakfast quality is average. Hotel facilities are a total rip off. Would not go back again.

OK for what we wanted

Pros: Playground for children is lovely. Seating area outside and gardens were very nice too. Golf course looked fun but we didn't visit this time.
Cons: Display more information about shuttle bus times etc.
Location: Good location, nice choice of restaurants in the Mall nearby.
Good hotel, only 10 mins by shuttle bus to the Disney Park (which you have to book). Good choice for breakfast. Pool could have been a little more child friendly considering location but it was fine for a little splash with the kids. Shisha bar was excellent, staff were very friendly. Worth going to the Mall/Outlet for a day out or meal in the evening which is a lot cheaper than you would pay in the park.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic stay.

We had a family trip to euro disney and stayed at this hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel was a lovely place to relax after a busy day. The free shuttle bus made getting to and from Disney so easy with the kids. If we ever get the chance to go back to disney we'll definitely be staying at this hotel.
