Eiffel Tower View From Hotel

Posted 26-Mar-2015
Pros: Clean room. Some staffs very helping and polite.
Cons: Some hotel staff need to improve their communication in English. Some attitude quite rude.
Location: As mentioned above.
Very near to Eiffel tower. ~less than 5 minutes by foot. Very near to RER and metro too. There is few restaurants near by (including Japanese restaurant). There is Pharmacy and market near by too.

Nice hotel

Posted 25-Mar-2015
We had a junior suite which was lovely and spacious. There was a good choice for breakfast. The hotel was uneasy access of the Eiffle tower, river for trips and open top bus. The staff were very helpful.

Amazing hotel with 2 min walk to the Eiffel Tower

Posted 25-Mar-2015
Pros: It was modern and posh and the rooms were beautiful.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't to my taste. I don't know if this is just the French Cuisine but there wasn't a lot of choice.
Location: The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the Eiffel tower which was incredible. In the other direction it is also a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro.
On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who carried in our luggage. We arrived two hours before check in started and were allowed our room straight away. We book a superior room with an Eiffel Tower view, it was beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and fresh. The view of the Eiffel Tower was partially blocked by other buildings but was still some what visible. My favourite part of the room was the bathroom. It was lovely and modern, it had a massive shower cubicle and two showers including a drench one. The breakfast wasn't the best as there was not much choice, the staff were quite slow at bringing drinks and the food was often cold. On the other hand, the hotel was situated in the right place, just a 2 minute walk to the Eiffel tower, to the nearest Metro station and a 5 minute walk to the river Seine.

Very Serious Issue and it should be a warning.

Location: Rive Gauche, 21 Rue Desaix - Seafood restaurant just 5 minutes walk from hotel - amazing food for a v.good price with excellent service
To describe in details Disappointing night reception staff - wrong information about car park, breakfast and attitude toward customers - do not bother us again Excellent day reception staff - enthusiastic and very helpful Room - I would not call them 4 star standard - more like 3 stars but view from balcony when Eiffel Tower is illuminated is fantastic. Disappointing house keeping - very cost cutting. we have stayed 2 nights and they didn't replenish all bathroom toiletries, none of tea/coffee or biscuits and also when they left there were red stains on carpet that they weren't before. And last but unfortunately the worst-without offending anyone but the worst ever restaurant experience. In UK it would be an immediate gross misconduct and even police involved. My wife was discriminated by chef of kitchen because of colour of her skin. It is not a place to describe all details and official complaint was left in hotel and also send to Accorn Group Head Office. Hotel management has to understand that if they want to run a restaurant in 4 star hotel that they have to have not only a restaurant cook/chef that owns enough interpersonal skills to make a communication on higher intellectual level than in dump and that RACISM is unacceptable anywhere and it is why we won't stay there again, as although some of the other problems the view from window is worth to stay there that I want my children to stay in hotel where they will be respected because of who are they, not their skin look

Right at the Eiffel

Posted 24-Mar-2015
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with directions as well as airport transportation. The room was very nice and had a lot of little extra touches to make things more comfortable. You couldn't find a better location right at the eiffle tower and just a block away from the metro. Can't wait to go back.

Good hotel but bad internet

Posted 23-Mar-2015
Pros: Nice staff, good location, fresh rooms and very modern furnishing.
Cons: The "high speed internet" was perhaps high speed in the 90's.
Location: The location was great and the Eiffel Tower is just around the corner.
We paid to get the view over the Eiffel Tower, but when we got there they "upgraded" us to a room with a balcony where you could only see the tower if you were actually on the balcony (which had no furniture).

Great view of Eiffel Tower

Posted 22-Mar-2015
We booked this hotel for the view of the Eiffel Tower as a treat for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We stopped for 4 nights. The hotel was excellent and in a fantastic location for the buses and the trains. We used the hop on hop off bus for 2 days of our stay, which allowed us to see almost everything. Also did a lot of walking. Had lunch at the Eiffel Tower on our anniversary, but I really wouldn't recommend that to anyone, definitely not worth the money our daughter paid as a treat for us. We had Dinner at the hotel on one of the evening and this was very good, be careful ordering steak, the french way of cooking medium steak is raw. Very good meal and lovely waitress who looked after us. Would recommend the hotel but drawers for storage are needed, nowhere to put our underwear/socks etc... Would definitely stop there again.
