Location, value, service

Location: Eiffel tower
excellent hotel, 3 min walk away from the Eiffel tower, lovely service, wonderful, polite helpful staff The champ de mars metro station is again 3 min walk away from the hotel with direct links to the Versailles palace & Notre dame etc. For the airport there is one train change of train required. The breakfast was vast The Seine river is just a block away. Highly recommended

Short city break.

Pros: The location of the hotel to the sights was a positive for us plus the standard of the hotel was excellent.
Cons: Only a small moan, the maid did not re fill the tea, coffee and milk after the first day.
Location: Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame, Seine cruise, bus tour, champs elysees, lock bridge, Arc de Triumph, military museum, gardens, restaurants, bars etc
Hotel was lovely, clean and spacious with excellent facilities. I upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and it was definately worth the extra money especially at night when the lights flashed and you could watch it from our room. Several free films on the TV in the room which was an added bonus. The hotel staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Ate in hotel restaurant once and the food and service was excellent. Metro, bus and boat tours also accessible close to hotel. Several attractions are in walking distance and we walked back from Notre Dame to the hotel along the canal which took 11/4 hours.

Not a 4-star hotel

Posted 26-Aug-2014
Pros: the hotel is close is train station.
Cons: Provides more hotel staff services (live person in the hotel lobby) to hotel residents regarding the city and hotel facilities
Location: walking distance to Eiffel Tower
Hotel staff provided wrong advice when asked whether to take a taxi or public transit to reach a certain location which in fact is only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Ventilation and airflow is not good in the room . No hot water on 1st and 2nd day - no staff on call when contacted 24 hour services line. Room is small with small size bed. Registration desk is in an open area where everyone can view the registration desk's computers while you are waiting for your room access card.

A stones throw away from the Eiffel Tower.

The Pullman hotel is great if you want close proximity to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel itself is very modern and the staff were really friendly.

Lovely comfortable hotel close to The Eiffel Tower

Generally we had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean, fancy and well decorated. The only thing was breakfast and arrival could have been quicker.

Pretty bad and cheaply designed

Posted 19-Aug-2014
the staff is friendly enough but dont have answers to the simplest of questions. They seem to turn to each other for answers. Although mature and professional looking, they lack experience to be of useful service to guests. The hotel appointments are cheap (as in plastic and very inferior metal faucets and showers etc that make things unworkable. Beds are not quality mattresses and pillows....more cheap way out. The hotel tries but it is obviously operating on a very tight budget or operating expense. Breakfast presentation is not very appealing and the restaurant has a very long line to get seated. In short, the restaurant cant handle the room guests and it looks as if every guest is getting a breakfast voucher. All in all, I would go out of my way to find another hotel when in Paris again

Perfect location within Paris

Posted 19-Aug-2014
This hotel is in the ideal location with literally less than a minutes walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The room was always spotless, however we had some issues with a Paris pass. One member of staff advised us that they could validate it to save us an hours journey and had done it many times before, however another member of staff explained they were unable to do this. Just be prepared and organised when booking your trip and don't rely too much on help. Altogether though the hotel was incredible.

Stay here for the view!

Posted 19-Aug-2014
Pros: Perfect!
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Eiffel Tower & great bistros!
Stay here for the view! We had booked an Eiffel Tower view with balcony. Great check in: greeted warmly & inquired as to our stay. When I mentioned it was my birthday & my daughters sweet 16 birthday trip, the girl looked to see if there was a "better room". (She did this on her own; not at any request of ours). She said there wasn't, which made me nervous but those nerves were unnecessary! Even being on the 1st floor, we had a great view! We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast - very tasty & great selection.
