“For a one night stay to catch an early morning CDG flight, it was great”

I got booked at the Pullman through the Expedia special rate deal. When I got the name after booking, I read the reviews and was a bit wary. This hotel was wonderful for one night stay. The lobby was slick and modern. Upon arriving at 2 PM, I tried to check-in. I was informed my room would be ready within 30 min. and I was offered a free drink at the bar while I waited. The room was immaculate along the standards of the Hyatt or Westin. The shuttle buses were clean and frequent and easily found on level #5 at the the TGV station at CDG. Numerous other hotels had their shovels meeting there too. Yes, the restaurant was pricey a lot like eating at a Hyatt. All in all, I was very pleasantly surprised. If you're coming by the TGV for flight the next morning, this is a great spot.

“Surprisingly good for the price”

My wife and I booked this hotel for its proximity to CDG and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. Added bonus was the complimentary shuttle to and from CDG. The only warning is the hotel is about 30-40 minutes from downtown by cab, so not the best if you want to vacation in downtown Paris; this was not our reason for visiting so was not an issue.

“Not coming back”

As in other hotels in France which use Orange wireless internet service, reception was poor and intermittent. After long complain, we were given free access to internet through LAN cord. Room service food was good, although one item was missing. Checkout was slow, shuttle to airport not on schedule.

“Shuttle Service only confusion”

We booked this hotel because we had a morning flight out of CDG Airport and wanted to be nearby. It is an excellent hotel, very close to the airport with friendly and helpful staff. Finding the location of the shuttle pickup was confusing and I had to call to get a shuttle pickup. Otherwise and excellent choice.

Terrible. Everything you want in an airport hotel is absent. Things dont work...they dont care. No printer in business center worls. AC does not work. Rooms are HOT. Never again!p

“ok as an airport hotel for few hours of stay”

My ratings and reviews are based on what I expected from an airport hotel i.e. a place where you would normally stay for few hours while waiting for your next connecting flight. There is no transit hotel located inside the airport. Most of the airport hotels are located within 7-10 minutes drive from the airport and most of them provide shuttle service. Pullman hotel provides shuttle bus service to and from the airport. To catch the shuttle bus you have to walk to the train station from the airport. It's about 10-15 walk walk inside the airport to the connecting train station. You will find signs of the train station along the way. Once you reach the train station, you need to take an elevator to go to level 5 in order to catch the shuttle bus. Since we reached after mid-night, the information desk was closed and unfortunately there were no signs about where to catch the shuttle bus. We spend 10 very frustrating minutes to find this out and had to finally call the hotel to find this out. Moreover their every 15-minutes shuttle service was no longer operational because it was after mid-night. So we had to let the hotel know that we are waiting for the shuttle service and the bus arrived in about 10 minutes. The hotel was fine as a short-stay hotel for few hours. The check-in process and hotel rooms were fine in terms of what you expect from an airport hotel. The food was very expensive so we did not eat anything there.

“Cost And Ammenities Way Out Of Line”

he Pullman is ideally located, just under a mile to Charles de GAULLE airport. The free and frequent shuttle service is very convenient. The breakfast buffet service is quite nice, and one doesn't go wanting for much with the selection of pastries, cold-plate items, omelet/egg station and full English breakfast options. (even if all I have is coffee, toast and bit of cheese..) Sadly, a nice breakfast spread does little to compensate for scratched and peeling wallpaper, a destroyed desk, odd carpet stains, touchy shower controls and dated decor. Combine that with a very poor room-service menu (do not order the Caesar salad or the pasta carbonara, both were horrid), no attractions or restaurants within walking distance, and it the fact that there is no pay-per-view ... and it's an acceptable stay for an economy price.. sadly, they want charge luxury hotel rates for a night in this dingy corner of the airport. It just isn't worth it. For less the cost you can stay at the Best Western just a half mile up the road and be in much cleaner and higher quality room accommodations or spend just a bit less than the Pullman and stay in the Hyatt Regency (also within a mile of CDG) and enjoy how the Pullman SHOULD be.

“Not as advertised”

This hotel is in disrepair and is old. The room smelled, the carpet was threadbare and the furniture was cheap.
