The place was tidy and easy to find. Metro was right there and a grocery was so convenient. The kitchen table and tiling in the bathing room could have been updated a bit more. However fine to sleep and tour Paris. Especially if you are not really relying on the hotel for food or to relax and hang out. We had jammed packed days so perfect for us.

Good size, near to metro but very dirty
The bedroom and living room is very good size, flat location near to metro which is convenient. However, the flat is very dirty; floor in every room, toilet, bathtub all very dirty. There are stains on chairs

I chose this place for the price and location which were both great. The staff was very nice. I also knew like most places they didn't have air conditioning. Checking the weather i didn't think we would need it. Unfortunately the second week was a heat wave and every day was 97 degrees. So it was hard to sleep. You do have a fan. I asked for another one and was told they didn't have any more. And from sweating at night they only clean the rooms every few days which sucked. I did like this place and would recommend if you don't care about air.

They were doing renovations and too much noise that they didnt care that we are sleeping with kids at 7 am , they didnt clean the room our entire visit

Good location, no AC
Great location - right next to metro station, above supermarket, restaurants nearby etc. Note this hotel did not have AC so the rooms are unbearably hot in summer. Staff were professional and friendly.

Less than a minute to metro and grocery store in the ground floor is so convenient. Staff is good and respectable. Hotel has good crockery to cook. We had problem with hot water during the stay and had to bath with cold water in the evening. Morning also after 3 people bath, rest has to do cold water bath.

The location is terrific--right next to the metro with a supermarket and parking garage in the same building. Our room was simple but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the tile floor in the entry/kitchenette squeaked with every step we took. Don't know if it was sticky or something else.

The hotel does not have aircon but provide fans. Right next to a metro station, 20 mins from centre of Paris which was good. The hotel could be cleaner and breakfast choices could be wider. Has a grocery shop called Casino underneath which is really good.

Hotel needs to improve cleanliness and appearance of public areas. Carpets throughout seemed dirty. Room was only superficially clean. Bed comfortable but linen was worn and slightly stained.

Close to Orly
The location suited us from the point of view that we needed secure parking and close to Orly, and a metro. Located above a small supermarket and close to a bakery, we could get drinks and snacks. It took around 25 mins on the metro into the centre of Paris, which was handy, but it was too far out if you want to be able to walk back at night. Breakfast was 7 euros, we didn't feel that there was a great selection so only took it on the first day. On the whole the hotel suited our needs and would choose this chain again.

Elevators operates with 6 digits code not 1 digit, going up/down each time same with parking. We got stuck in elevator with family for 10mins as code wouldn't work. I would suggest anyone with family look for different hotel and save the headache.

The property was not clean. Shower leaked and was hot and cold. The hotel smelled of food. No air conditioning. Service was horrible. Dodgy area. Would never stay again.

The room was NOTHING like was pictured. There were stains on the carpet, the couch, the chairs. It looked like the kitchen was falling apart. The towels were stiff and smelt like they were not dried all the way before being put out. Had a strange smell in the hall and room. When checking out, my in-laws were asked how the stay was. When told it was not good, and dirty. The front desk said "sorry, nothing we can do for that."

Disgusting and not fair!
We didn’t stay because they said they had no rooms. When we could get WiFi again we had an email saying it was time to check in. In the meantime we booked another place. Now because we didn’t cancel before the deadline, they’re charging us for 1 night when the hotel eas the one who said no rooms in the first place!!!

Enjoyable
We enjoyed Our stay but the bathroom was not clean, old toothpaste on the wall, trash in the bin, abd very dirty windows. I did show the photos to the reception when we checked out so that the next person would not find the same situation.

Great location, apartment was fine, slightly old in areas and under maintained. However generally it was fine for the price. Bedrooms are a good size, cupboard space was good and kitchen was well equipped

The only 2 things about the property metro was right next to the building and there was a supermarket. The phone didn't work, hallways were smelling bad. Our apartment wasn't cleaned , the carpet had stains everywhere. the personal that checks people in they were great though!!!
