“Great Location”

This hotel provided very good service, clean rooms and friendly staff who speak a variety of languages. The location was great as it was close to the Eiffel Tower (10 min walk) and was also near to 3 metro stations. I would recommend this hotel for a city break in paris.

“Poor efficiency”

Greatly dissapointed with the reception staff: it took them almost 40 minutes to give me the 2 rooms I had booked, on their system there was just one. Also, I had some problems to get the special offer that was one of the main reasons to book this hotel: check out at 5 p.m. on Sundays. Sadly, it was not worthy the money it cost.

“Brilliant view”

Good hotel. Usual Novotel standard. My sister and I shared a twin room. Room was a good size, plenty big enough for us. Had a sofa seating area. The bathroom had shower,wash basin and separate bath. This was off the bed area and the toilet was around the corner near the door. This arrangement worked well,except there was no washbasin in the toilet. Beds reasonably comfortable. Only one tea bag and two tiny milk capsules provided daily. Although more coffee sachets provided. There was a small fridge but no mini bar. One small bottle of water left every day. We were on the eleventh floor and the view was stunning. The Seine was across the road immediately in front of the hotel. The Eiffel Tower is a 15 minute walk away. There are underground stations 10 -15 mins away. We did not use any of the Hotels food facilities. We found Restarants nearby instead. There are shops for food not too far away. We did buy drinks in the Hotel shop, which also sold gifts too. Staff were friendly. I would recommend the Hotel for visiting the Eiffel Tower. Although I would choose a Hotel a little further east next time. This would be more central for other trips.

“Excellent value 4 star hotel withing walking distance to eiffel tower”

Overall a very good hotel, very modern and clean. We found the staff extremely helpful. Excellent location close to eiffel tower and very reasonably priced. Superior bedroom very clean but sofa bed would not accomodate 2 people. Taxis available outside at all times. Buffet breakfast excellent with so much choice and always tables available. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to explore Paris. We had a room overlooking the River Seine on the 26th floor with magnificent views. Metro only 10 mins walk away and eiffel tower 15 mins walk away.

“Will stay there again”

This is a fabulous hotel. You may not be able to see the Eiffel Tower from all rooms but most rooms overlook the Seine. It is less than 10 mins walk from the Tower and and the Open Top tours around Paris, 300 metres from the Metro line 6 and 500 metres from the RER line 1. The pool was great for children and and the staff have most languages. 7 euro each took us to Disney in 40 minutes on the Rer. 20 minutes took us on the Metro to Porte Maillot and the bus to Beavais Airport. We would have to consider staying there again when we visit Paris.

“Paris Best Hotel”

It was better than i expected and it has the best view of paris and seine river and it is the nearest to Eiffel Tower and to metro station.. I strongly recommend it.

“Well located hotel for Eiffel tower and Paris sights and boat trips”

Excellent hotel for Eiffel tower and Paris sights. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and to metro and to boat trips. Great for sightseeing weekend. Also recommend Fat Tyre Bike tour.

“Fantastic hotel”

Great place to stay in Paris. Ask for a corner room - it was like a suite, and we had a view of the Seine. Clean, helpful staff, free internet, good air conditioning. Everything was great! The only down sides were the lack of food choices in the hotel and it took a good 15 minutes to get to the train station on foot. We will stay here again when we go to Paris - great value.

“Don't used the novelcafe”

I picked the hotel because it was suitable for families. It's a good work from the effiel tower, but quite close to the metro. Everything was wonderful about this hotel except the restaurant service in the novelcafe. It was awful, two of the male members of staff were so rude and unprofessional I have no idea why they are working as waiters. The ruined what should have been two lovely meals.

Area recommendations

Do the bus tour, it's an easy way of seeing the city and book everything online before you go. It's much cheaper
