Nice hotel, close to metro station.

Posted 25-Jul-2015
Pros: Close to metro station Soundproofed rooms Hairdryer in bathroom Safe in room Air conditioning
Cons: Instead of one free bottle of water per day per room, it would be nice if each guest had a free bottle of water per day.
Location: Metro station close by, which will take you to all areas of Paris. Cheap to travel approx. 7 euros for a hop on hop off metro ticket for all day.
Nice hotel close to metro station and bus station (bus runs directly from Charles de Gaulle airport). Hotel very big - 18 floors, small gym and steam room on the top floor (2 running machines, cross trainer, 2 exercise bikes, sit up bar). Food very expensive in hotel but there is a couple of pizza places nearby and a McDonalds (depends what food you like). Very large shopping centre within 5 minute walk, with a large supermarket on the first floor (can get provisions for breakfast and lunch) Rooms cleaned daily.

Not a Four Star Hotel

Posted 24-Jul-2015
Pros: By reading the above comments, I am convince that you will determine that I was completely dissatisfied with the experience I had at this hotel.
Cons: To start with, they have a lot of work to do, to be able to be classified as a four star hotel. This would be from there housekeeping to maintenance.
Location: The location was close to a Paris Metro Station, which was extremely good, and a small strip mall, for groceries and other items.
This can not be consider to be a four star hotel. For two days, my room was not clean, as well as, the bed area. The air conditioner did not work for three days. Though, I complaint many times, they gave me a three speed fan. I asked for another room but was denied. Finally, the A/C was fixed. In reference to free internet/wifi, it was limited. For five days, there was no internet at all in the rooms. I was later told that they were having a problem. I would use wifi to skype my daughters, but I was unable. Being disable, they had to telephone from Alberta, Canada, to assure themselves that everything was fine and that I was physically OK. At check out, they were about to refuse me paying with an " American Express Euro Travelers Checks" for a total of 34.00 euros. Apparently, they never saw such a check. It took them about ten minutes, to accept the check.

Camera piccola per tre persone

Posted 23-Jul-2015

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Posted 23-Jul-2015
Pros: It had nice staff who were helpful.
Cons: The breakfast service could be improved. It was self service and you had to boil your own eggs etc, The choice of hot foods could be improved.
Location: The location was further from Paris City centre than anticipated when booking the hotel, however because the metro was close by it easy to get around.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at your hotel we found the room comfortable, the service was good and the commute into Paris city centre was straight forward using the metro system. We would recommend the hotel to friends if they were making a visit to Paris.

4 stjerner som burde være tre

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Pros: Rommet, bra renhold.

Not suited for Paris Tourists from United States

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Location - Far from attractions. It really takes about 40 -50 minutes from hotel to Paris. So If you are out all day and want to come back for an hour for a nap or change of clothinf or just srop some bags, forget it because you will lose at least a couple of hours travelling. Location - Metro closes around mid night, so you can't really stay out too late. Getting dark around 11 PM, it is really stinks that you have to head back to hotel because metro is about to close. Hotel - we had 2 rooms. One was hot like sauna and the other chill. Bath room and toilet are in 2 separate rooms, so if you go to toilet, you need to open the door before washing your hands then open the door for bathroom so you get access to sink Staff - not very approaching and under staff. Every time I went to lobby ask for something I had to at least wait 15 mins not mentioning that checking in took over 30 mins If you want to iron your cloths, forget about it because they only have 2 iron closer rooms for the entire hotel. Meaning that yes you have to take your cloths to 10th floor to iron. Thinking of brining back some drinks to the hotel, forget it, there is no functional ice machine and the fridge in hotel room, is really warm Breakfast was American breakfast nothing great, it was OK. In U.S. this would have been categorized as a 2 star INN and not a hotel.
