Dear Anonymous, We have to clarify your comment for readers as reality was a little different... The 3 of you arrived at 10 am, to check in while the check in time is 3pm. The lady receptionist offered to have 1 room prepared within an hour for an extra fee of 20 €, which you declined so she stored your luggage instead. When you came back at 2 pm, she was busy with other guests and right after she did the check in of your 3 rooms, before 2.30 pm (at no extra charge of course). Should you want to have a room ready for sure at 10 am in any parisian hotel, you would have to book the night before. We hope that you enjoyed Paris and that you had a safe trip back.
