“Great if you can get a deal”

This hotel gets quite a few harsh critics but if you can get a lastminute deal on a Murano Luxe room then you really can't complain. Most hotel rooms in Paris are tiny, shabby and very expensive so it made a refreshing change to stay somewhere where the rooms were so large and stylish for the price. The service was great too. The Murano won't suit everyone though - it's a super modern, boutique hotel with multicoloured lighting in the rooms, a cool Martini bar, live music most nights and very, very, very dark corridors. A hotel for young urbanites, not their parents. We will definitely be returning.

“Stay was good, but not going back.....”

I would have given this hotel stella reviews but I would stop short. Very long story, short........My issue came 2 months after. Service was good but had an issue with them charging my card 2 months post stay. They did admit it was a mistake on their part and there were some charges they should have included but to get a simple apology out of the rep was like pulling teeth. He kept saying, "You have to pay? What do you want me to do?" Very arrogant indeed! And mind you, the final invoice that was given said Total Due: 0.00. And this wasn't an issue of property damage that would warrant post charges. They just forgot to include a charge. This was a total turn-off for me and to me it's the little things that count, so no I won't be going back!

“A real let down.”

I have heard about this hotel and have wanted to stay here for some time. The hotel is far too concerned about 'design' and not concerned enough with the paying customers. The lift fits you and your suitcase, and maybe one other. The corridors are dark. The room was a good size but again over designed. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Looked good (duvet and pillows) - felt terrible. My king bed was actually 2 beds pushed together with one sheet covering it. Bathroom was totally unfriendly. No clear way to work out which was the hot and cold tap. Water was so hot I nearly burned myself. A real disappointment. Location also not that great. It really is on the edge of the Marais district. Will not be going back.

“Emplacement idéal, mais rapport qualité/prix nul !!!”

Pas de volet occultant (il fait jour à 7h !!!), pas d'accès internet à disposition, café expresso en chambre facturé 3 euros (en général offert dans les ****), réception TV médiocre, luminaire HS,... Pour un hôtel de ce standing, c'est vraiment limite ! Le MURANO n'est pas à la heuteur de ses prétentions...

Nous tenions à vous informer que l'ensemble de MURANO Resort Paris est désormais couvert d'un accès Wifi haut débit et gratuit. Les rideaux occultant de l'ensemble des chambres ont été changer en Juillet 2011. Les téléviseurs Bang & Olufsen ont été réglés et changé au moment de la TNT à Paris et garantissent ce jour une très bonne qualité de réception. Nous tenant à votre écoute et vous remerciant de votre confiance.

“Sehr designorientiert”

Sehr designorientiert. Dunkler Flur und dunkle Aufzüge. Frühstück (Euro 30 pro Person!)wird in Bar ohne Tageslicht gereicht. Zimmer war o.k.
