The premier room was wonderful and spacious and the cleanliness was second to none. It was wonderful and included free coffee and tea aswell as a coffee making machine and free drinks from the mini bar. Couldn't fault it! Lovely relaxed feeling and the breakfast is excellent too!

Pros: All above
Cons: more service at the desk and hot scrambled eggs at breakfast, not cold ones.
Location: Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, football and rugby stadiums, bus and metro stations and church.

Hotel looked really nice from the outside and so did the public spaces. A little disappointed with the room, expected more from a 4 star hotel. Our room was big but it was an intersected room so we could hear pretty much everything happening in the other room through the door. The hotel was just a short walk from the metro station was a big plus. Would stay again but would probably not choose a standard room this time.

Horrible hot water and overpriced.

Pros: Fast and stable Internet connection. Location is good - close to the metro, supermarket, bakery and restaurants.
Cons: Replace your aging water heater.
The shower keeps alternating between hot and cold to the point where either you are cold or you are scalding. Also, the towels, carpet, and sheets have stains on them. It's also overpriced for what you get but hey its Paris!

This hotel is pretty standard as far as the Mercure chain is concerned. It's handy for the metro - 5 mins walk away - and for the shops bars and restaurants of Boulogne Billancourt. There is tennis and football nearby and all within 30 minutes of the centre of Paris
