All the family loved it!

An amazing hotel for families. We took the train from London, involving just one change of trains. The final station is at Disneyland and the hotel has frequent free shuttles that we used for our arrival and departure. The foyer is amazing and the pool was too. Very close to Disneyland yet you feel like you are in the countryside. So much to do for kids in the hotel itself. Breakfast was busy but delicious - lots of choice and restocked constantly. We also paid for the dinner buffet one night - yum - lovely French food. We are from New Zealand and we stopped at New York, Paris, London and San Francisco - this was the kids favourite hotel. Free wifi in the room was much appreciated too.

A nice hotel and very friendly staff. We arrived at 12:00 and were able to check in a few hours early which was great. Nice clean hotel and the buffet breakfast was good. Overall very satisfied.

Bring your own soap and shampoo

Posted 12-Oct-2014
Pros: Free shuttle to Disneyland Parc. Had a room with a bunk-bed which was fun for my eight-year old.
Cons: Room cleanliness was, well, just the opposite. Stains and fuzzies on the carpet. Lots of deferred maintenance on the property.
Location: Free shuttle to Disneyland.
Disappointing experience for the cost. 4-star hotel, only one out of six LED lamps in the bathroom worked. No soap, no shampoo, looks like maybe they had a soap dispenser attached to the the wall, but it had been torn out leaving holes.

Tired rooms - poor houskeeping

Posted 21-Sep-2014
Pros: The swimming pool is clean and a good size - expect a lot of children to be in the pool
Cons: the room decor needs upgrading\fixing - would be good to see more management at busy times - the staff working flat and deserve a medal
Location: Has large ground and a lake at the rear
First room we were given, the children's table near the bunk beds probably had had its laminate covering ripped off to leave bare and rough wood edges. Bath had a chip - curtain lining was ripped and trailing on the floor, wet patch in the middle of the room, wallpaper bumpy and peeling off - really not to the value of the money that I was giving the hotel through Expedia. After a room swap - I realised that the tabel situation is probably the same in each room and the wallpaper was probably put up badly, in all the the rooms by the same team. Watch out for the over prices buffet - avoid if you can OR ask to view it before you spend your €30! Because of its remote location and no local shops they may take advantage so shop around where you can. Also as a 2nd resort the Bar sells bar snacks and pizzas that are slightly less expensive @ €12

Front desk staff very slow/bar staff rudest

Posted 04-Sep-2014
Pros: not much
Cons: their manners
Awful, Awful, Awful. As mentioned bar staff very rude and front desk staff: expect at least 2 to 3 5 deep queues at any time.

Good location, easy access and good breakfast

Posted 04-Sep-2014
Only 5 mins from disney, this is a much better priced hotel than the on site disney ones. Breakfast was great and the girls loved the big top themed bunk beds. Bathroom was a good size with locitane products. Ticket fob also meant free parking at disney...if you didn't want to use the free shuttle. I would use again.

Lovely hotel for families with bus to Disney

Posted 03-Sep-2014
Really liked the magic circus hotel. Would definitely go again. Excellent friendly staff! Children enjoyed the little ball pool & small rides in the lobby :-) Good for families. Pool area was nice but a bit dark in the evening when we used it. Children enjoyed their swim, although it could have been a little cleaner. Regular bus to Disneyland was great! Overall a great hotel. Would stay there again.
