Terrible service

Posted 13-Jul-2014
Pros: Free shuttle to Disneyland.
Cons: Have a la carte menu not just a buffet for supper. Training for staff on customer service.
Location: Besides other hotels there is nothing near by. You either eat at Disneyland or eat the bad food at the hotel.
Stayed at the hotel for three nights and would not stay again. The pool was not open for two of the three days. The rooms are very small and basic. The walls are paper thin and therefore you can here the people in the other rooms and in the hallway. Worst of all was the lack of of service. The staff were not helpful and rude at times.

A great place to Stay

Posted 08-Jul-2014
Pros: The hotel is based on a circus theme and looks very colourful both inside and out. The staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms were great. !!!!
Cons: Some of the prices were a bit expensive especially as it targets families with young children as well as adults.
Location: Ideally situated, a courtesy bus picks you up at the hotel and takes you to Disneyland or rail station
We booked this hotel for a two night stay so that our family could be close to Disneyland. The staff were very friendly, the room (family) was bright and clean and the breakfasts were excellent. There is a courtesy bus which takes you to the gates of Disneyland and also the train station, they run approx. every 20 minutes and the journey only takes only 5 mins.

Nice hotel

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned well. In our room not all the lights worked. And there was no hot water in the shower on the last day but overall a nice hotel with handy bus service to Disney parks.

Good value, great nights sleep

Posted 27-Jun-2014
Cons: More frequent/ more shuttle buses on a night
Very clean and pleasant. We had a room with a King size bed and bunks for 3 adults (3 twenty somethings don't judge ;) ) Breakfast buffet is your usual continental food, quick service to get a seat and fresh, appetising food. Tried the pool too, not massive but nice to work up an appetite. Also met the clown one morning at breakfast which we weren't expecting! The only exception to this if anything would be the shuttle service on a night. I'm sure it's not the hotel's problem, through the bus company themselves but if you are staying in the park to watch Disney Dreams at 11pm (which you really should, it is incredible) there are only two buses after midnight. The show finishes around 11.25pm and literally thousands of people watch it every night. You are lucky if you are going to get the shuttle bus back to the hotel, every other bus stop serving the other hotels are plentiful with room to spare. The purple line running buses with this hotel also go to The Dream Castle hotel, Kyriad and The Explorers hotel. The bus stop after the show can be 20-30 people deep, kids who just want to go to sleep and they're having to be squashed onto a bus. With the majority of people having to walk back, twenty five mins and that's if you know where you're going. We managed to get the bus but only after experiencing the horrendous squash last year and learning that we had to run to the bus stop as soon as the show finished and know where the door stopped. Overall great hotel! Enjoyed our
