“Second time back and would stay again!”

This hotel has been great! We've stayed here for the past two years for about 2 weeks each November. The staff is pleasant, the location is good and we've never had any issues. Our room was comfortable. The metro line 12 is nearby with Saint Georges just a couple blocks away. Like many European hotels, the room was smaller than most US hotels, but more than adequate. We would definitely stay here again - great value for the money!

“Not such a great deal as first thought”

Carefully read all the reviews and chose this hotel because of the rave review about cleanliness and room style in that it looked really modern. The rate was at a knocked down price non refundable, but infact this was a BIG MISTAKE the room was next to the lift shaft and each time it was used we could hear it and were disturbed. We asked to change rooms upon arrival and were told we could ask again the following day, then when we asked the very unhelpful receptionist said that there were no other rooms and that we would have to pay more, then when I questioned a room at same rate she said one would be available later that day but we would have to pack and vacate our room then come back after 1pm to take that room! Not good on a weekend city break so we were defeated and stayed in the awful room, even one of the other receptionists agreed about the poor room. So our stay was spoilt and it was our wedding anniversary shame! So my advice don't think you are getting a knocked down rate, you may actually be getting a room they can't sell!

“Great location”

Very well situated. Close to the Metro, banks and laundry, cafes at the end of the street, Sacre Coeur only one km away. Having friendly, helpful staff who speak English was a great bonus. I'd certainly stay here again.

The hotel was very comfortable for our short stay the rooms were clean and nice decor great to have a lift and air-conditioning! Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is located in a great location.... within walking distance to every major attraction... though if you are short on time you may want to use the subway/RER. Hotel is clean, rooms are reasonable in size and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Will use this hotel again when visiting Paris.

“tiny but fine”

I don't think I have EVER seen a smaller room or bathroom. (My knees touched the opposite wall when I sat on the toilet.), but that being said, this hotel had a certain Parisian charm, and the staff was quite helpful and the neighborhood cute. The price per night seemed a bit steep, but I don't think you can do much better in August in Paris so there you go.
