Everything was very nice, the rooms are small and the bed a little hard for our taste but the location is excellent and staff is pretty nice.

the room was oudated and didnt feel very clean espcially the bathroom. the room had a paint smell to it, that didnt go away, even with window open constantly. The location is very ideal, and is in a heavy traffic area with restaurants very close. Considering this was a 4 star hotel, expectations were a lot higher

Easy Access to Paris and Beyond
Could not have a better location! Across the street from Gare Sainte-Lazare with easy access to the Paris Metro and area trains. Area was safe. Room was quiet, despite being located in a busy area (shopping and restaurants are also nearby). Was very clean and comfortable. We had enough space, which is a premium in this city. Front desk staff go above and beyond. Would stay here the next time I am in town.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The hotel was very clean. Our room was small. Location was great, very close to shops, restaurants, mall and the train station making noisy especially at night. Would still recommend for others to stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was good. It is in a great location for central Paris and very close to the metro/RER. The breakfast is decent and reasonably priced. I don’t think it is 4 star quality and needs a bit of a refurb, particularly in the communal areas. The hairdryer did not work, nor did the bath plug.

Steps from the metro station. Easy to get anywhere in the city. Next to shops, bistros, fast food. The room was very large with a double bed in the main room and a single in a room all it's own. The staff was very friendly upon arrival we were able to check in 3hours early which after 12 hours travel was absolutely amazing.

Very good location and nice standard room for what was needed. We stripped the room and no evidence of bed bugs which was reassuring. However did find a fair few hairs on the floor and bedding. The walls are quite thin so could hear other guests at silly hours. Nice coffee and really excellent shower. Staff were friendly and very smiley. Would recommend for anyone during a city break holiday. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Nice hotel!
Great hotel! Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. I recommend a balcony room with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed our stay here!!

I want to start by saying, this hotel was great before I even got to Paris. They reached out to me and advised me of transportation from the airport to the hotel. They also asked me my room preferences. And of course once I got there they were extremely nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend. The hotel was clean, and very close to transportation all over the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Very welcoming and personable front desk staff. Very clean but dated. My adult daughters left the do not disturb sign on the door one morning and woke up to cleaning staff( man) opening the door. He quickly apologized and left but left the girls feeling uneasy. He may have knocked … they didn’t hear anything. Very walkable property, very well situated near Metro stations. Shopping across the street. Close to many dining options. The kebab take out place downstairs is worth a try, very fresh and tasty!

This is one of the best options to stay in if you like to be in the heart of shopping areas with an easy access to transportation hubs, also a lot of dine out options. The staff are very welcoming. I definitely will return to this hotel again in the future. Thanks Normandi hotel for hosting us.

This hotel was in a central location. We asked to use an iron which didn’t work and it was no issue getting it replaced. We asked a few questions about getting to certain areas and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
