“A few mishaps but won't affect the real thing. I recommend this hotel”
Found used ashtrays outside the balcony upon check in. Room was entered and cleaned twice although the Dnd sign was on. Raises security flags in my head. After a strong verbal complaint everything was perfect. I would reccomend this hotel anyway.
“Excellent hotel”
Great location, wonderful service, clean, comfortable. Would go back anytime.
“Excellent location”
Although very clean with very pleasant personnel, the price was too high for the type of this hotel. I believe the price was just for the location of this hotel off of Avenue George V. Similar hotels in different areas of Paris have lower rates.
“Very impressed”
I have say I got nothing to complain about.
“Great hotel!”
The L' Hotel de Sers was excellent. The staff was polite and extremely helpful in every way! The concierge was extremely helpful in recommending great restaurants, salons, and spas. The rooms were very nice and clean and the hotel has a great location, it is very close to the Champs-Élysées and lots of great shops!
“Hotel de Sers”
Lovely hotel, just a few minutes walk from the river, the tower and the Champs Elysee. Close enough to Metro stations to explore the city if you want to. Very helpful and courteous staff who mde us feel like special guests. Modern and crisp rooms. Unsurprisingly expensive mini bar and hotel menu, but no worries with putting your own drinks in the minbar fridge Wasn't noted on the web but there is a mini sauna and gym and our room had an Ipod docking station as well as a DVD player for use. I would use again for a special occasion but a bit pricy for our average sightseeing trip.
“tiny room but good service”
Good consierge. Small rooms with inconvenient storage
“can't wait to go back”
This was a great place to stay, right in the middle of things, near Eiffel Tower and other atractions.... The hotel was very cozy and luxurious!
“Odd Rather Than Quaint”
This is a great location (next to Georges V)and is a recently refurbished little hotel. However, the rooms are very small and the hotel is very hot (they insist on keeping the garden doors open in summer even though there is air conditioning). The service is odd - the concierge is invisible - we had a trainee mess up our reservations for dinner and transport repeatedly. It is also very expensive - 29 Euros for each continental breakfast? They need to get their act together.
“A Paris Delight.”
The hotel was a gem. Conveniently located to all major points of interest in Paris; most in walking distance. Ths staff is friendly and helpful in every way whether it be in making reservations, help with transportation issues or offering recommendations. The facilities are are well maintained and attractive; the rooms well appointed and kept clean and comfortable and of adequate size for two. The hotel itself is small and tucked away but the every-ready staff is always there to greet you whether you are coming or going. The prices though not inexpensive are consistent with hotels if its rating. My wife and I loved it!
