Best location

Posted 13-May-2015
Pros: Location, service, staff.
Cons: The tub is high for older folks.
Location: Fantastic see above, Eifle is 3 mi. and Arc about the same.
This is the best hotel to stay if you've never been to Paris. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. They go out of their way to assist you. The location is great, close to major attractions, allowing you to walk to at least 3 major spots. There are many places to eat within a block, the Louvre is 1/2 a block, Notre Dame is a mile. Fantastic service by all concerned.

Great location and small hotel

Posted 12-May-2015
Pros: Quiet, large rooms, great location close to all major attractions.
Cons: Staff was a bit short in responding
Location: Louvre can be seen from entrance, shopping on Rue Rivoli, restaurants of Rue Buci and Rue Dauphine are 10 mins walk away
L'Empire is centrally located within steps to The Louvre museum and within walking distance to St. Germain, Marais, Opera, Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee. The hotel is small and quiet which is perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The room we had was fitted with 2 twin beds, a large bathroom, mini-bar, closet and was a really good size. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The overall condition of the hotel is modern and new and room was very clean upon arrival. There is many restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to returning soon.

Very close to Louvre - Rivoli Metro station.

Posted 15-Apr-2015
Pros: Location only.
Cons: I think private spa should't be charged for. Also, there was a lack of breakfast variety.
Location: There is plenty of shopping near by.
Its a boutique hotel. I got early check in but my shower didn't work, so had to change my room within the first hour.

Great hotel within walking distance of Notre Dame

Posted 15-Apr-2015
Pros: Size of room, extra large bed (very comfy), lighting, in room safe, breakfast, and contemporary bathroom and friendly staff.
Cons: Instructions explaining how to turn on shower so it doesn't come on when you don't expect it. But it does work great!
Location: Just off Rue De Rivoli, near Pont Neuf Bridge. 1 block to metro station. Excellent location with stores, shops and River seine nearby.
Excellent location. just off Rue de Rivoli near Pont Neuf bridge. Rooms are pretty large for France. Has mini bar large enough to put an extra large bottle of water, safe, queen size bed that is really an American king size bed. Black out curtains, very quiet, American Contemporary bathroom with 2 vessel sinks. Long half high up wall running behind toilet with space on top. Lots of space to put things down! Rain shower head and hand held shower head. Chocolates on the pillow at night and good reading lights by the bed. Free Buffet breakfast great. Presentation lovely! Tables settings really pretty. Eggs, Sausage, Pancakes, fresh fruit, fresh orange or grapefruit juice, 4-5 different type of french breads in your own mini basket (including chocolate and regular croissants) soft boil eggs and toast and different types of cheeses, meats, and Salmon. Lots of restaurants and shops within short walk. Metro station, 1 block from hotel. We would definitely stay there again. Staff friendly and very happy to help with anything you need.

Cons: Frukost buffen

Centrally located Great Paris Hotel

Posted 12-Apr-2015
Centrally located Paris hotel walking distance to Lourve, Nortre Dame, Musee d'Orsay etc and short walking distance to metro and train stations too. There are good restaurants, nice bakery's, grocery stores around the hotel. The hotel is very quite and rooms are reasonable spacious. All the hotel staffs are very professional, polite , helpful and they speak very good English too. This is our first trip to Paris and we stayed at L'Empire Paris for five nights and had a great time. For sure our family will go back to L'Empire Paris for our next Paris trip.
