“Good location!, If I could I will be back”

the location is good, close to Metro station, quite neiborhough, rooms are not big, but with enouthg comfort, good 24hours customer service and multilenguaje. Something to think about it.

“budget hotel, budget condition”

ok location, in a residential area. about 15-20 min walk to the Latin quarter. the room we stayed somehow smells cigarretes after we returned in the night. Not sure if it is because the cleaner smoked in the room while cleaning.

“Average option for the price”

Just an average option. I got a good rate and that's why I stayed here, but I think you can get better options. In my opinion, the hotel is a little bit pricy for its conditions. Location is not very convenient to see all the attractions.

“Disappointment”

We were at Kyriad Paris XIII Italie Gobelins in last september, and what we found there was totally different from what we were expecting. The room had a good size, the bed had a bad mattress, and when we asked to change it, they didn't have one to change. The bathroom was small, and the shower was too small, 60X60cm. You cannot be fat to be there. But the water was hot:) . In the morning, we were awake by the noise from the wole hotel.The hotel is too noisy. If you go in the summer, they dont have AC in the rooms.

“For a warm, dry place to come back to and sleep, perfect”

Our stay at the hotel for three nights passed without problem. We're a young couple who just needed a place to crash while we crammed in as much sightseeing and bike-riding as we could. There's a bakery 30 seconds' walk from the hotel door, so we didn't bother with the hotel breakfast, and for young legs the sights of Paris are well within reach on foot or by cycle. Free maps of the city are available on the reception desk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let us stow our bags away when we arrived at 9am. We recommend 'Rue Mouffetard' for its restaurants in the evenings, a really lovely part of town. We didn't use the Metro once all week and saw everything!

“Great budget hotel”

This hotel could not be better placed. Easy to get to on the Metro with no changes from Gare du Nord; good with luggage. On all the major Metro lines with no changes for Opera Bastille, Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, Opera Garnier, Champs Elysee etc. Hotel is a bit worn but very comfortable and clean. There are supermarkets and boulangeries around the corner, and restaurants including Mcd and KFC for the kids.

“Small, clean, quiet and cosy rooms at an affordable price”

Small, clean, quiet and cosy room at an affordable price. Personel is very friendly and helpful. Hotel's location is great: metro station is just a couple of minutes away on foot, half an hour away from Paris centre. Place d'Italie has plenty of French and Italian cuisine restaurants. The only negative side is heating: at below zero degrees outside in March, it was pretty "refreshing" inside the room even with heaters on.

Was pleased with our choice of Hotel, the staff were polite friendly & very helpful. The room was cleaned daily, although it was only a small room, was adaquate for our needs,the ensuite was clean & had hot water at all times. was in a quiete street, few minutes from the metro. Very Satisfied
