Great location

Posted 18-Aug-2014
Pros: It's location and free wifi.
Cons: It was in need of some repairs. It is obviously used a lot so had some wear and tear. But the room was clean and tidy.
Location: Disneyland was nearby so it was perfect for that. With the shuttle bus there was easy access to the train station. Going to Paris was no problem.
Kyriad was at a great location with a 10 minute shuttle ride to Disney and the local train station, which had frequent trains to Paris. Our room was basic but clean which was fine for us as we were only there to sleep. We were out every day. We really appreciated the free wifi. That came in useful when we needed to get info via the internet. We chose not to eat breakfast there but there were places available where you could pick up a quick bite on your travels. The restaurant was not open during the afternoon so we had to rely on the vending machines when we got there which was ok. We used the coffee machine alot, in the lobby, but unfortunately it broke during the end of our stay which was a shame. The hotel was at an affordable price and the staff were helpful. We would come here again in the future.

Average hotel

Posted 18-Aug-2014
Cons: Customer service. Food options and prices
Location: Only Disneyland Paris
Staff indifferent regarding customer service. Like a mill churning through visitors to Disneyland Paris. Breakfast and dinner is expensive for what is provided but families have no other options in the Disneyland Pairs area. No comparison to the competition around the California Disneyland location. This hotel and the staff could learn a lot from the USA Disneyland located hotels.

Budget hotel at Disney

Posted 11-Aug-2014
Clean. Comfortable. Simple. Also, was able to check in at 10am, park car, and get the free shuttle bus to Disney.

Convenient shuttle

Posted 09-Aug-2014
Free shuttle to and from train station and Disney, which is not really advertsized that it is a bus system that is always running, making it more convenient than a shuttle you request

Perfect location for Disneyland Paris.

Brill location for a stop off for Disney. Hotel, V clean, rooms great, beds nice and pillows OK. Staff very good! Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from, nice coffee machine and juice machine. . Good shuttle service to Disneyland. Only thing that spoiled it was the complete lack of manners in getting on the bus.

Great location. That's all.

Full of unattended noisy teenagers. Terrible overpriced food. No milk for the cereal. Grubby room. No kettle. Shower leaked out of the pipe. Had children's rides in the foyer but these were all out of order. Litter remained on lawned areas and corridors were dirty. Staff doing their best but fighting a losing battle.

Excellent bargain for Disney goers on a budget.

Staff were excellent professional and location was awesome with a regular shuttle. All the services in the hotel were there. Rooms were a bit tight for us 2 parents and 2 small children. Bunk bed was a smart touch which kids loved. Has a bar and a restaurant (20 euro buffet). Building a bit in need of a good Reno but everything worked, looked a bit tired. Highly recommended.

Not worth staying

Posted 17-Jul-2014
Pros: Did not like the hotel
Cons: Improved restaurant and food services
Location: It's all about Disney Land
We really wished we had not stayed at this hotel. It was not worth the money. We had to listen to the elevator shaft go up/down all night from our room, the lobby was old/outdated with old dirty toddler furniture and games in the lobby. The food was terrible - for breakfast you could have bread and more forms of bread. There was absolutely nothing to do at the hotel. For a reference point - if you are not staying at one of the hotel/s on the Disney grounds - you stay at one of the hotels in the surrounding farm fields. Only one of these hotels had a pool. Don't be fooled by the 10 min shuttle ride advertisement. We watched two 54 buses drive right by us with no passengers while many people waited. It took almost an hour to get to the hotel with luggage on a hot day. The staff was nice enough but understaffed. If you had any questions it was waiting in one line after another. Be forewarned there was no "concierge" services. We had questions about Paris and staff really only wanted to help answer question as it was related to hotel. Hindsight, I really wished we had stayed around Paris and taken the train into DL which drops off right at the front entrance of Disney Land - which we didn't understand before arrived.
