“Paris Kyraid Disney hotel very nice”
The locations is close to a subway to Paris and Disney's offers shuttle to the train. Great rooms and very nice. The only thing that Disney can improve is the buffet breakfast. The hot foods were not good, can be alot better especially if for the price is 21euros per person!!!
“Perfect location for Disney Paris, but be prepared!!!!”
There are pros and cons to this hotel: PROS: It is perfect for going to Disney Paris. We stayed downtown Paris for 2 nights and didn't feel safe. We felt 100% safe here. There is a shuttle that takes you directly to Disney parks (and the underground train). The shuttle comes very frequently! The hotel is full of families and kids, but we never heard any noise. There is a delicious breakfast buffet included! The bed is so comfy and there was a big tub in our room! The girls at the front desk are very nice and helpful and they speak ENGLISH!! The lobby is full of games and toys for kids. It's a very nice hotel. Cons: the room could use some updating and fixing. The curtain holder fell out of the wall when I opened the curtains, which wasn't a big deal but it should be fixed. Huge negative: there is NO restaurant in this hotel. There is a dinner buffet, which is 21 Euros. My mom and I looked at the buffet and it looked good for people who like a lot of fried foods, but we don't. So there is no option for people who like to eat healthy meals (salads, chicken). We had to have a sandwich out of a vending machine (lame on holiday). Be prepared for this and pick up food at the Disney Village (attached to the Disney parks) before you come back. It's annoying to have to get back on the shuttle and go look for food when you are tired from being out all day. I couldn't imagine doing this with small tired children. Overall, I would stay here again, but I'd be more prepared.
“Excellent !”
Excellent hotel, great view and location!
“Cramped”
We were 4 adults and the room just wasn't big enough. (Myself, husband, 18 year old son, and his friend) We had to put the single beds togoether, so there was room on the floor to set our luggage. It was quite deteriorated in the bathroom and simply not clean. On on the lamps attached to the wall between the two beds kept tipping over.
“Nice location, near Disney. Paris is accessible via train”
Nice location very close to Disney with a shuttle running every 20 minutes. Clean, good breakfast buffet. You can reach downtown Paris or any sites in Paris via the train station. The train station is 50 - 100 meters from Disney entrance. I would stay here again.
“Great hotel for price and location...!”
Booked a 1 night 2 day break to Disneyland Paris with my 5 year old Daughter. I selected this hotel as it was the best priced option at the time and had everything that we required. Great Location to the parks with only a 5 minute shuttle bus ride to get there.. Our room was very clean, with twin beds and bunk bed.. Good facilities with shower over bath, coffee, tea and biscuits. Which is a nice touch for when you have had a very long day at Disney.. Small LCD TV with international channels. A Very good selection of food at breakfast. Tip - Go down for breakfast early!! we opted for the 9am slot and had to queue for 15-20mins. Overall a very enjoyable stay and a good nights sleep. !
“Ok”
The hotel was clean and tidy and comfortable. Be aware if you stay here that your eating options are limited. We were not impressed with the restaurant which only offered a buffet at 21 Euro each. Basically the food was awful and limited choices available. There were only 2 other occupied tables so were figured everyone else had found somewhere else to eat. I would recommend eating at Euro Disney if you are visiting there, or research other options.
“Not bad considering”
The hotel wasn't all that bad, we stayed there for 13 days. The buffet in the mornings never changed and was not worth the price. The beds were comfortable. Water in the shower was next to impossible to set and fluctuated so much you were either scalded or frozen. The rooms were kept tidy and towels were replenished daily however they never provide enough for our family of four. Most hotels we found only allow 3 people to a room so being able to get our whole family in one room is a bonus. There is a small community (Baily Romanville) close by that has a market, bakery, pizza shop, pharmacy, grocery store, laundry mat, and several restaurants.
“not like Diseny in the USA”
Are stay was ok i guess for the price its grate
“Less than expected”
My wife and I had picked this hotel based on the pictures and description only. I guess we will be better experienced for next time. Though the hotel itself was clean and comfortable enough it was the lack of services that really stood out. We had a problem with the air conditioning when we first showed up and I called down to the fron desk immediately to register the complaint. I was asked if I had tried several different methods to get it working, all of which I had. So I was told they would send someone up later to look at it. Satisfied, we went for dinner. No one came to see about the problem that night. When we left the hotel the next morning for our day in Paris, we inquired once again about the problem as it was very hot, and was told that if we had registered the problem last night, someone would be up to fix it during the day. So once again we left thinking all was good. Arriving back at the hotel later, nothing again had been fixed. I once again phoned down, being told someone would be up to look at it. When someone finally showed up, we were told they would have to move us, but if we could wait til the next day, more rooms would be available so they could move us to the room next door, so little trouble. With some trepidation we agreed to this. Unfortunately the next day they asked us to move all of our stuff out of the first room before noon, but couldn't get the second room before 3PM. Why did we wait another night if we had to pack it all and move twice?
