The rooms are small, but personally i get a hotel to sleep in. This place was in walking distance to everything i needed. The rooms were super clean and decorated great. The staff were totally awesome! Very friendly and helpful, if they didnt know the answer to one of my questions they went out of their way to find the answer. I REALLY loved this location in the 11th district, its far more locals than tourists. The places to eat nearby were fantastic and very reasonably priced. Definitely staying here on my next trip to Paris.

All you need to know
The lowdown: A+ location, right on Metro, bed is comfy, bathroom clean, decent shower pressure. Boulangerie downstairs makes coffee-croissant-orange juice breakfast. Carrefour city across the street for quick runs. Cafe Au Rond Point nearby is incredible and fairly priced, try their aurbergine mille feuille and the croque monsieur. Clean and modern laverie at 96 Rue de Chemin Vert (not on google) - great way to wash your clothing if you're staying for a long time. What makes this place is the staff, they're the best part of this hotel. We had a small issue with the rubber around the shower door and it was dealt with toute de suite as they say. Meanwhile, my friends were staying at a hotel for twice the price and complaining about cleanliness and friendliness of staff. I was so glad I stayed here!

Nice, low-cost property convenient to the Oberkampf area. The rooms are on the small side as one would expect, but super clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and attentive and happily speak a variety of languages including English. Housekeeping is efficient and consistent. Other perks are laundry facilities mere steps away; a cafe, boulangerie, and two grocery stores within a short walk. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the 11th Arrondissement.

The hotel is modern, well kept and very clean. The rooms are small but adequate for a couple of nights. The hotel car parking spaces are small so take care at the narrow entrance. Breakfast was great and we liked being able to boil the eggs ourselves.

Clean, safe, wifi great, breakfast great!
My stay at the Ibis Paris Pere Lachaise was very good. The room was very clean, modern, and felt safe. The staff were always kind and spoke English well. Wifi was very good, a solid signal throughout the property. Breakfast was really good - better than any breakfast I've ever had at any hotel in the states.

Great option in paris.
We had a short weekend in paris and decided to stay at this hotel for the location and the brand. We were not disappointed. Great breakfast and they offer also parking possibility. I would come back again Only negative side the small entrance of the room and the intricated combination of three doorsç room, bathroom and entrance.

Great beds so good night sleep. 'City view advertised' was not accurate- view of back alley of hotel . No coffee making facilities was not good. Staff very friendly and room very clean and quiet.

Friendly staff, good for Bastille area stay.
Friendly and helpful staff when asking about travel and directions. A bit far to walk to Bastille and Le Marais sections but very close to Père Lachaise metro station. Nice and quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in June, and we were pleasantly surprised. It's a small hotel, and I understand that some of the rooms are on the small side, but ours was spacious. The room was squeaky clean and the bed very comfortable. Although facing onto the street, there was no street noise, and as someone who always suffers from noise in hotels, I was surprised how quiet it was for the first 2 days. Then the weekend hit, the hotel grew busier and the internal noise became rather disruptive. One of the few things I regretted was the absence of a simple coffee- or tea-making facility in the room.

a cheap small hotel with spacious rooms and small bathrooms. the staff were ok, nothing special. not the best neighborhood, but everything you need is really close, most importantly the metro with two lines stopping.

Perfectly Adequate
It's a good choice for a cheap, comfortable stay. Had a small but clean room. Friendly staff. Very close to a Metro station to whisk you to wherever. You can take a risk with an independent hotel or you can play it safe with a hotel chain you can trust like Ibis.

They made our beds and changed our towels everyday even though it wasn't really necessary. Late check in was not a problem. There are restaurants around and they close quite late so if you went travelling for one whole day and came back hungry it's no problem. Close to metro, carrying backpack and luggage and managed fine.

Simple room perfect for a stop over. Spacious and comfortable. A definite 3 star but really nice. Local area is great with shops and restaurants. Issues Shower was terrible, leaking all over bathroom floor. Limited towels for 2 people. There was building work, hammering, from 8 am and we could sleep coz of it.
