Super Location in Paris
Hotel is in the process of refurbishment and upgrading, hence the low condition mark. It is merging with the hotel next door and from July will become the Lord Byron. We have stayed at the Mayflower many times; it is in a prime central location; we have always enjoyed our visits.

Excellent City Hotel
This was our 3rd time at the Mayflower over the years and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms and breakfast area have been refurbished since our last visit.Nice choice of continental breakfast.We stayed in a superior room.The hotel is very convenient being just off the top end of the Champs Elysees and the George V metro. We would certainly recommend the Mayflower which exceeds expectations for a 3 star city centre hotel.The bathroom was more spacious than many a 4 star hotel we have stayed in at a much higher cost in London and other cities. All staff were pleasant and the services were to a high standard.Thank you Werner on reception for making our stay pleasant and we look forward to our next booking.

We enjoyed our stay here despite just an average breakfast experience and a minor plumbing issue. After taking a shower we noticed water somehow leaked thru the tiles on the side of the tub and got on the floor by the toilet. We also never got the right temp setting and had to open the windows to cool the room. There was also an insulated or electric blanket under the sheets that felt too warm although there was no switch. Very convenient location though and it was very quiet

Great location, but the hotel has seen better days! There were strange building noises at night, possibly from the HVAC system. They are renovating the attached building next door, so was woken by what sounded like a wrecking ball coming through the wall! There were numerous construction trucks moving outside the door, so I had to keep moving my luggage so I could see the car coming to pick me up. Pay more for another hotel- it's worth it!

Clean, Comfortable, Kind~ All is perfect
I loved the size of the very appropriate room and the big clean bathroom. The hotel was on the Champs-Elysees street so it was great for sightseeing and convenient transportation. Even though there was a main street, the Hotel was quiet so I could sleep comfortably at night. Because of the kindness of the employees, I could get tourist maps and the store information(near by hotel) so I could buy the product I wanted easily. And employees are good at speaking english, communication was also convenient. If I go paris next time, I must stay this hotel agin.

Nice Boutique Hotel & Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. What a great location. Right off Champs Elysees. The street parallel to the hotel had awesome restaurants. We tried them all and were not disappointed.

Reasonably priced, well located hotel.
The staff were nice, the hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well located (just a few blocks from one of the major metro lines and only about a block off the Champs-Elysees). The décor and furniture are a bit dated, but the price was extremely reasonable. The front desk staff were very helpful and cheerful. It was nice to have breakfast included so we didn't have to go out in search of coffee in the morning.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful with every question we had. The location is one block off the Champs Elysses and about two blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, so location is great. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel had broken air conditioning, no estimate on when it would be fixed. No prior notice. When checking in front desk showed little concern. Had small fan in room but still hot in room. Last day breakfast, area was not kept up, very little food, tables dirty, no one there. Hotel Room was good size. Big bathroom. Well kept. Safe provided and good closet space. Location excellent, 10 min max walk to champs de elysees

Great staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Older hotel well maintained and clean. Breakfasts were typical continental with croissant, yougurt, pain au chocolat, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham, juice and cereals. Very easy access to the Metro and Arc de Triumph

Pleasant 3 night-stay. Great location. We had a small room but with all basic amenities required. Good-size closet with shelves was an unexpected perk. We found staff, (reception, housekeeping) pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast offered in nice breakfast room.

Very pleasant hotel in the center of Paris with very helpful and friendly staff. One of the excellent choices if you want to have all the places of interest handy at reasonable price. Room was clean and comfortable. It was not spacious but if you are not going to stay in a lot it doesn't matter. Wi-Fi works perfectly everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast is basic but fresh and serve its purpose. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My special thanks to front desk! I was allowed late check out. The hotel is situated near underground, buses and taxi station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go sightseeing and do other activities outside. My purpose was to spend a weekend in Paris and refresh my memories. And it was a good choice

economically speaking it's a good place to spend the night. It is close to Champs and George V metro. The only issue was that the night shift receptionist sleeps deeply and it wasn't easy to get in when returning late

Very slow WiFi connection and weak cellular network coverage indoors makes Internet access miserable. Room and especially bathroom lacked proper ventilation, and the street was rather noisy to keep window open. AirCon did not work. Interior modern and clean, although very narrow corridors leading to the rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Location superb.

Pros- A very enjoyable breakfast with pastries, fruits ham and cheeses. It's better to Include breakfast when booking otherwise it's 12 euro per person per day. Cons- Neighbors may be noisy.

Perfect Marathon & Sightseeing Base
Stayed here with group of runners and friends for Paris Marathon 2016. Could not get a better location, 200m from the Champs-Elysee and the start area (perfect if also just visiting to sightsee). Staff were super friendly, rooms clean and decor ok. Only had breakfast on the morning of the run, but was reasonable. Our room (61) enjoyed a great view of the Eiffel Tower (but does sacrifice space slightly compared to other rooms due to being in the eaves - our friends rooms were all spacious). Great value for money compared to others in Paris - maybe not 5* romantic luxury but v.much doubt you can find better at the price.

So central.
I have stayed in this hotel many times as it offers an absolutely ideal position just two minutes from the Champs Elysees. It is so central to the centre of Paris. The style was old fashioned French décor but has just been updated without loosing the charm. The reception staff are wonderful. The beds are really comfortable. You can choose a room at the back (top of range) or at the front which does have a bit of street noise when the bin men arrive in the morning but then this is right in the heart of a city so expected. Breakfast is available but I always go round the corner and sit on the Champs Elysees at one of the many patisseries. I love this clean quaint hotel.

Worst hotel experience!
Disappointing experience! This hotel is clearly not run by a manager that takes pride in the guest experience. Beds were old and pillows were lumpy. I got up most nights to take aspirin for the back and neck pain. Rooms were stuffy at night and bright lights and road noises made opening windows prohibitive. Only way to take a shower was to stand in the tub and manually hold the shower wand since there was no wall mount
