Excellent hotel and Spa

Posted 27-Feb-2015
Pros: The hotel is located within a five minute walk to the train station and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: We have a young daughter and therefore I was hoping to have dinner and then come back to a bar at this hotel but there is none.
Location: The bakery, local shops and restaurants are within a one minute walk from Hotel
The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful as we asked for restaurant recommendations and upon suggesting some very close they even provided an umbrella for us to walk to the restaurant.

Good hotel in convenient location

Posted 18-Feb-2015
This hotel is very conveniently located about 5 or 10 minutes walk from both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations, making it perfect for travelling by Eurostar, or by train from the airport. We were using Eurostar and it was very nice to be able to go straight from arrival to the hotel, and from the hotel straight to departure, particularly as the hotel allows you to leave your luggage at reception on your last day. Both stations have a large selection of metro lines which means you can get around all of Paris with ease. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke English. The room was well equipped and clean, other than a few dusty spots in places. Carpet, sheets, bathroom, and sheets were all clean. The room was small but then so is everything in Paris so I don't consider that a negative. The room was oddly lacking in information on breakfast or how to dial reception and I had to resort at one point to calling them from my mobile. The free wifi is unnecessarily awkward to use, requiring a separate ticket for each device to be issued every 24 hours by reception. It also stopped working a few hours into our first night and had not been fixed by our fourth and last day even though the hotel staff were aware of the problem. Breakfast was of similar quality to the local cafes (i.e. average) and similarly priced, making it worthwhile for convenience if nothing else. Overall I was very happy with the hotel in spite of the minor problems and would stay there again

Pros: ハマムが30分貸し切りになるところ
Cons: 部屋にバスタブがないところ 外の音
Location: 北駅にも東駅にも近いです。
北駅、東駅どちらも近く便利です。 ハマムが30分貸し切りになるところもよかったです。 ただ、一階だったため、若干、外の音は気になりました。 部屋は、新しくとてもきれいです。

Just perfect for a weekend in Paris

Posted 04-Feb-2015
Pros: Quiet, comfortable, convenient
Cons: Fridge in room and better loo roll.
Location: Lovely market on the corner with various deli items. Good bus and metro links.
Hotel is easy to walk to from Eurostar. Two other Metro stations within 10 minutes walk. You can book the spa for a half hour of private luxury but only between 4pm and 11pm on the night you are sleeping there. Breakfast is great, staff were lovely, bed comfy, room quiet, clean and big enough for two and a bag each. I would stay there again.

Weekend in Paris

Posted 27-Jan-2015
Great weekend in Paris, the hotel is very convenient for Gard du Nord and the staff very friendly and helpful. My only quibble - the rooms are quite small, but apart from that it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good value too if you are hungry.

Lovely hotel close to the Gare du Norde, Paris

Posted 18-Jan-2015
Pros: Location - close to stations Staff - very friendly and helpful Modern and recently refurbished Comfortable
Cons: The name above the door is incorrect and confusing. Otherwise, it was about perfect.
Location: Central Paris, close to RER, Metro, Eurostar and buses, including sightseeing hop-on hop-off service. Walk Rue Lafayette to the main shopping area
I had a lovely stay at this hotel in January, Yes the rooms are small but they are very modern and fully equipped. Everything was very clean and seemed new. It is only 5 minutes easy walk from the station, from where there are connections to all of Paris - RER, Metro, Bus and sightseeing bus. The Gard du Norde is also the French terminus for Eurostar. From the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel very welcome. The staff spoke excellent English and could not have been more helpful. The hotel is small and very personable. On walking in the room, the bed does take up most of the space, but there is also room for a desk, built-in wardrobe and bedside tables. The TV is attached to the wall. WiFi is free but you do need a token for every day of your stay, for each device. Internet speeds were very good. The bathroom was fully tiled with a shower and all of the necessities. Water was good and had more than enough pressure for a good shower. Downstairs there is a small restaurant for breakfast and coffee, a small courtyard for smokers, and a bar. A glass of wine at the bar was only 5 euros and it was served by the reception staff. The staff were full of ideas of where to go and what to do. One even lent me his personal loyalty card at a local restaurant which gave me 10% off the bill. One thing to watch out for - the sign above the hotel is the old name so if you are looking for it, trust the address and not the name. A really great find and I would stay there again.

Romantic!

Posted 15-Jan-2015
Pros: The beds are AMAZING. It was the best sleep I had in my 3 months in France. The spa is an absolute must go!
Location: Close to the train stations and a metro station. Be cautious of pickpockets!
Unfortunately we only got to stay at Mademoiselle one night, but it was a wonderful experience! If you are staying as a couple I strongly recommend using the steamroom/sauna! It was amazing! I have never really enjoyed using a sauna or a steam room until our trip to Paris! It was incredibly romantic and relaxing. All of the people at the front desk were extremely helpful. They helped us carry our bags to our room, let us borrow a wine opener and a few glasses, and let us stay a bit longer in the spa because it took a little longer than expected to get it ready. The only negative about this hotel is that it is in sort of a sketchy neighborhood, but it is also very close to the train stations. If you are arriving in Paris by Train this is a must stay hotel! There is also a grocery store right next door in case you don't feel like paying the 15 euros for breakfast.
