“We always use this hotel”

This is a great hotel for Paris. The hotel is clean, warm and welcoming, convenient to the centre of Paris via a rapid Metro service and good value for money. OK, the rooms are small (this is Paris, France, not Paris, Texas!) but they are fine for a few days -- and who needs to stay longer? The staff are a great help and speak English quite well enough. True, they did clear away the breakfast coffee as early as 10.00 am but you can get better breakfasts for less in the nearby Cour St Emilion centre. By the way, it's great to have such a nice facility so close. The Japanese Restaurant over the road is also quite good. The whole area is highly recommended.

“Convenient place for a short stay”

The Kyriad Bercy is a modern, rather bland, hotel very near Bercy Village, which has a range of nice shops and restaurants. The nearest metro is Cour St Emilion, on line 14. There is a small supermarket within a few yards of the hotel, and on some days a lovely little open air market. Nearlby there is a park, which on sunny days is a very relaxing place to "people watch". The hotel is similar to Express by Holiday Inn, but the tariff does not include breakfast. A perfectly adequate breakfast is available for 8.5 euros. I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times, with no problems, however this time, the free wifi just wouldn't work properly anywhere except the lobby, which was slightly annoying as I was relying on the connection for work purposes. Apart from this glitch, a perfectly adequate stay - and worth noting that all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

“Did the job perfectly”

I knew about the hotel from a previous visit to the area, but had not stayed there before. We were attending a concert at the POPB and this hotel is perfectly located for that, being a 5 minute walk away. A 2 minute walk away is Cour St Emillion and it's metro station. The hotel was pleasant, and perfect for a short stay. The heating though was fierce, so we just turned it off, even though it was -2C outside. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate, but did not eat at the hotel on an evening because there was plenty of choice nearby. The staff I encountered were very pleasant but did not speak English. No problem, I speak decent French so no communication issues.

“Great Paris location”

Stayed in Paris several times, therefore had no great expectations. Lovely surprise, modern hotel with fabulous location. Close enough to all major sites, great value for money and surrounded by the marvellous Bercy Village. Hotel food good, great Italian restaurant round the corner. Staff were pleasant and for when you need to book your return flight, hotel has free wi-fi.

“Handy for gig”

This hotel was recommended to me as I was attending a gig at Bercy Stadium and was only a few minutes walk from the venue. Staff were helpfull and room was basic but spotless.
