“Pleasantly surprised!”

A clean, comfortable and generally pleasant hotel near the Champs de Mars. The secluded courtyard is a good place for a spot of chilling out! Although there is currently some daytime building work opposite the hotel (Feb 2008), it's in a fairly quiet area but close enough to the Metro so that you can hop into the centre of Paris easily and quickly - about 5-10 mins to Pont St M. If you want to relax away from the main hustle, this is for you. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are plenty of places nearby.

“Birthday in Paris a memorable one!!!”

Quite, clean and accessible to Metro where you can explore Paris very easy. Eiffel is a walking distance away from the hotel. There are so many restaurants in the surrounding areas, name a few Japanese, Italian, Chinese, Lebanese and many more. The good thing in the hotel you always feel welcome and attended. I would love to go back again and I would recommend the hotel to a friend.

“For those who don't spend a lot of time in a hotel”

For people who are expecting a luxury hotel...this is not the place for you. The bed is nice and soft and the bathroom is slightly larger than your average Paris hotel so it is perfect for people like me who just want a nice clean place to crash at the end of a long day of enjoying Paris and not pay a zillion dollars for it. The hotel staff is absolutely the nicest bunch of people I have met. They are very helpful with anything you could ask them. I lost a diamond earing down the sink in the bathroom and they quickly got it back for me. The hotel is a little off the beaten path so it is nice and quiet at night but 2 Metro stops are only 5 minute walk away and the Eifel Tower is only 10 minute walk away so it is very convenient to pick up the hop on/hop off buses. I've been to Paris several times now and this is by far the best place yet!!!

“Nice hotel for the price”

The hotel was worth the price. The elevator was small. It could only hold one person and two bags or two people. This is probably typical for hotels of this price. Within a short walk to the Eifel Tower. Some nice restaurants in the area. Three blocks from a METRO station. Sunday breakfast is available since all the other resturants in the area are closed.

“Quaint Little Hotel”

We (2 of us) stayed here for one night in Paris, coming from Brussels. The room was small, but clean. The bathroom was nicely tiled and also clean. There was a moderately stocked mini-fridge for those choosing to partake. The check-in staff was very friendly. Did not use any other services. Overall, the hotel was quaint and was fine for our purposes- basically a cute clean place to sleep while we experienced Paris.

“Not very good”

The hotel was very small and did not match all of the description as i read it. The room was extremely small but was clean. There was maintenance work being carried out in the hotel which we were not told about and the hotel was overlooking a huge worksite where noisy work were taking place during most parts of the day. Location is good and room cleanliness is good.

“Not Impressed”

The hotel's location was a plus for us, as we wanted to be able to walk to the bigger sights. After that, it was not particularly impressive. For the price, the room was unusually small compared to the other European hotels we stayed at during our trip. 2 suitcases had to be strategically placed in order to avoid the door. The shower was particularly frustrating to deal with, as it insisted on spraying anywhere except on us. What really was upsetting was to find out upon checking out that the continental breakfast they informed us would be served each morning was not included in the price of the room. We could have had a great hot breakfast in a restaurant for the price they charged.

“Not bad but not great...”

location - very good! VERY small rooms; hotel in general is just OK...but would definitely consider other hotels in the area (eve a little further from the center, if it means better hotel).
